| Abstract: | In this issue of Molecular Cell, Ye et?al. (2012) show an unexpected cytoplasmic assembly of Arabidopsis ARGONAUTE4/siRNA complexes and that siRNA binding could facilitate the nuclear import of mature AGO4/siRNA complexes, revealing a key regulatory process during RNA-directed DNA methylation (RdDM). |
