MiR-203 及其调控机制的研究进展

摘    要:MicroRNA(miRNA)是一种长18-25个碱基的单链非编码RNA,其广泛参与机体众多病理、生理过程。MiR-203是一种上皮组织特异性表达的miRNA。研究发现miR-203在皮肤发育、皮肤相关疾病、上皮组织肿瘤等病理、生理过程中发挥重要调控作用。一些疾病的研究还发现了miR-203与表观遗传学机制的相互作用,而miR-203调控机制的研究集中在P63、SOCS-3及相关的信号通路等方面。

Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNA) are 18-25-nucleotide,single-stranded,non-coding RNAs that participate in many pathological and physiological processes of the body.MiR-203 is a miRNA specially expressed in epithelial tissue.Researches show that miR-203 plays an important role in skin development,skin-related diseases,epithelial tumors and other pathological and physiological processes.The interaction between miR-203 and epigenetic mechanisms is also discovered in the researches on some diseases,while the researches on the regulation mechanisms of miR-203 focus on P63,SOCS-3 and related signal pathways.
