Previously we found that (−)-DHMEQ, a specific NF-κB inhibitor, covalently bound to a specific cysteine of NF-κB component proteins. In the course of formation of the (−)-DHMEQ and protected cysteine conjugate, we observed an unusual intramolecular N→O acyl group migration. |
