摘 要: | 用钨丝微电极插入蜚蠊尾须细毛感受器的园盘作胞外记录.研究了感受器自发脉冲的统计特性.利用电磁驱动装置控制毛杆的偏转,研究了感受器电位和脉冲对正弦波、方波和阶梯波机械刺激的反应特性,并测定了六列细毛的兴奋方向.

RESPONSES OF THE SINGLE THREAD HAIR SENSILLUM OF THE CERCUS OF THE COCKROACH PERIPLANETA AMERICANA TO MECHANICAL STIMULI |

Abstract: | Receptor potential and neuronal impulses were recorded extracellulary on 147 sensilla of 43 animals fom the socket disk of the hair sensillum viith a tungsten microelectrode. The deflection of the hairshaft (within the preference plane)was controlled with the aid of an electromagnetic pusher driven by sinusoidal, square wave or double-step wave input currents.Without mechanical stimulus, the inter-spike interval histogram of the spontaneous impulses had an exponential distribution except at the range of small interval. When the hair was deflected in the excitatory or inhibitory directions) a depolarizing or a hyperpolarizing receptor potential was shown, and correspondingly the impulse frepuence was increased or decreased. The receptor potentials were phasic-tonic with slow adaptation and the amplitudes were determined within a certain degree, by the deflection angle of the hairshaft. The impulses, however, were phasic depending on the direction in which the hairshaft was moving. The exctiatory directions for the 6 columns of the hair sensilla, namely, d, g, h, i, k, l, were also determined. |
