| 摘 要： | 为了研究本单位研制的聚乙二醇化重组人白细胞介素-6(PEG-rhIL-6)在动物体内的药效是否优于未经修饰的重组人白细胞介素-6(rhIL-6)。将健康的雌性BALB/c小鼠分成模型对照组、rhIL-6低、中、高剂量实验组、PEG-rhIL-6低、中、高剂量实验组和空白对照组进行试验,检测小鼠用药前后血小板和体重的动态变化。结果表明PEG-rhIL-6具有减缓环磷酰胺致小鼠血小板减少的作用。高剂量的PEG-rhIL-6与高剂量的rhIL-6相比,减缓血小板减少程度的作用更强(t=2.42,P=0.017),血小板恢复也更快,显示了更好的药效作用。同时PEG-rhIL-6和rhIL-6均可抗环磷酰胺对小鼠体重增长的抑制作用。
