| 摘 要： | 近些年来，随着生物技术的革新，有关Ｋ＾＋通道的分型、生理调控功能及其分子结构特征、所涉及的遗传或非遗传性通道疾病、特异或非特异性配体及其在通道上的靶结合位点等方面的知识已获得了长足的推进。本文将对几类Ｋ＾＋通道的基因分类及功能特征等方面的研究新进展作一简要的介绍。
