| Abstract: | Fiber diffraction patterns have been obtained for cucumber green mottle mosaic virus, watermelon strain (a distant relative of tobacco mosaic virus), and two heavy-atom derivatives. These patterns and the similarity between the cucumber and the tobacco virus offer the potential of a full structure determination of the cucumber virus. |
