| Abstract: | 11-Deoxyprostacyclin was prepared in three stages starting from the 11-deoxyprostaglandin F2 alpha methyl ester. 11-Deoxyanalog showed 0,9% of natural prostacyclin potency in inhibition of platelet aggregation. |
