原发性肝癌快速康复手术治疗对照实验研究

快速康复手术结合数个基于实验证据调整后的技术,在许多手术中显示出了其加速病人康复、降低发病率和缩短住院时间的优势。本研究比较了FTS或常规手术(CS)治疗的肝癌部分肝切除术的短期结果。为了比较FTS和CS局部肝切除治疗肝癌的短期效果,从2010年9月至2012年6月,本研究对接受局部肝切除治疗肝癌的患者实施了一项随机对照实验。在接受局部肝切除治疗之前,患者被随机分为FTS组(n=80)和CS组(n=80)。相比于CS组,FTS组具有显著较低的并发症(p<0.05),较短时间的恶心、呕吐、麻痹性肠梗阻和住院时间,较高的总体舒适度和术后1 d、3 d、5 d时较低的血清C反应蛋白水平。本研究表明,FTS相对较安全和有效,它能够减少术后应激反应,加速经局部肝切除治疗肝癌病人的术后恢复。

A Controlled Trial Study on the Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Rapid Liver Rehabilitation

Rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with several techniques adjusted based on experimental evidence has shown in many operations its advantages in accelerating patient rehabilitation,reducing morbidity and reducing hospital stay.In this paper,the short-term results of partial hepatectomy for liver cancer treated with FTS or conventional operation(CS) were studied and compared.In order to compare the short-term effects of FTS and CS partial hepatectomy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma,a randomized controlled trial was conducted from September 2010 to June 2012 for patients receiving partial hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma.Patients were randomly divided into FTS group(n=80) and CS group(n=80) before receiving local hepatectomy.Compared with CS group,the FTS group had a significantly lower complication(p<0.05),a shorter period of nausea,vomiting,paralytic intestinal obstruction and hospitalization time,higher overall comfort level and lower serum C-reactive protein levels in postoperative 1 d,3 d,5 d.This study indicated that FTS was relatively safe and effective,and it could reduce postoperative stress response and accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with liver cancer treated by partial liver resection.
