| 摘 要： | 目的 了解2015年大连市急性胃肠炎病例中诺如病毒的感染情况，及时掌握诺如病毒的流行趋势，提高防控能力。方法 对2015年大连市10家哨点医院采集的1 247份标本进行诺如病毒荧光定量RT-PCR检测。结果 诺如病毒核酸检测总阳性率为1.92%，其中GⅡ型 性率1.60%，GⅠ型阳性率0.32%。结论 大连市首次在急性胃肠炎病例中监测到GⅠ型诺如病毒，2015年大连市急性胃肠炎病例中诺如病毒感染以GⅡ型为主。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the distribution and prevalence of Norovirus infection among patients with acute gastroenteritis in Dalian in 2015 for improvement of the control strategy. Methods 1 247 specimens collected from 10 sentinel hospitals in Dalian in 2015 were detected for Norovirus by using fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Results In the 1 247 specimens, the total positive rate was 1.92%; the positive rate of G II was 1.60%, and the positive rate of G I was 0.32%. Conclusion Norovirus GI was detected in patients with acute gastroenteritis for the first time in Dalian, while Norovirus GⅡ was predominant in acute gastroenteritis cases in Dalian in 2015. |
