Abstract: | Isoelectric focusing (IEF) of protein extracts, -Esterase and Phosphoglucose isomerase, from groups of Artemia adults from different bisexual populations were studied. Both gave clear separation between the Old and New World species. The second was more polymorphic, allowing a discrimination among Mediterranean populations. |
