| 摘 要： | 将人源ＣＰＰ３２基因分别克隆到载体ｐＢＶ３２１和ｐＥＸ３１Ｂ中,得到ｐＢＶ３２１／ＣＰＰ和ｐＥＸ３１Ｂ／ＣＰＰ两种重组质粒。将它们分别转化到大肠杆菌中的结果显示,诱导真核细胞程序性死亡的ＣＰＰ３２基因对大肠杆菌的生长也有明显的抑制作用。ＮｏｒｔｈｅｒｎＢｌｏｔ显示ＣＰＰ３２基因在转录水平上得到了表达。这表明人源ＣＰＰ３２功能上的保守性

The expression of human CPP32 Gene and its inhibitory effect on the growth of E.coli |

| Abstract: | Human CPP32 gene was ligated into vector pEV321 and pEX31B,respectively.The resulting recombinant plasmids were designated pBV321/CPP and pEX31B/CPP.Transformation of the above two recombinant plasmids showed that CPP32,wwhich induces programmed cell death of eukaryotic cells,also had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of E.coli.Northern blot showed high expression of CCP32 at transcriptional level.The results indicated that the function of CCP32 was conserved. |
