Abstract: | Crystals of Bacillus thuringiensis isolates, obtained from dead caterpillars, had potential toxicity against insects in the orders Diptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera and Lepidoptera. Strain MPU B32b had the highest number and variety of cry genes and seemed to be the most interesting for further research on development as a novel biopesticide. |
