| Abstract: | In this paper, we reviewed the diverse mechanisms that long non-coding RNA(LncRNA) regulated cell differentiation via several representative differentiation systems, such as the mechanism that LncRNA maintains the pluripotent state of embryonic stem cells and regulates stem cells differentiation, neural cell differentiation, muscle differentiation, epidermal differentiation, osteoblast differentiation and adipogenesis. |
