| Abstract: | Transcription factor Sp1 is importantly related to expression of many cellular genes. In order to identify the nuclear localization signal of Sp1, various truncated regions of Sp1 were fused to green fluorescent protein (GFP) and were expressed in HeLa cell. The C-terminal region are required to localize Sp1 in the nucleus of HeLa cell. |
