摘    要:本文报道了大连地区人体正常皮肤蠕形螨的生态分布。共检查551人,阳性153人,定居率为27.8%,检出毛囊螨和皮脂螨共两种。用透明胶带定量计数检查法,研究蠕形螨在面部的分布,结果表明蠕形螨主要分布于颏、鼻、颊和额部位。对10例阳性者,在面部检出毛囊螨和皮脂螨共85只,其中颏31、鼻26、颊17、额11只螨,总定居度为每条胶带(6cm~2)2.1只螨,定居度以颏部位为最高,鼻、颊、额次之。

Abstract:This paper dealed with a study on the ecological distribution of Demodex in normal skin of human in Liaoning Dalian area. 551 persons were examined for Demodex and 153 were proved to be positive, the Colonization rate of mites was 27.8%. D. follieulorum and D. brevis were found. We have tried using gluey cellophane tape (6cm~2) as a quantitative detection method to localize Dcmodex, and the microecologieal distribution of Demodex were surveyed in the healthy faces of 10 persons coloniged with the mites. 85 mites have been found among them, the average number of mites stuck on each tape was 2.1. On 4 parts, including the chin, skin of the nose, cheek, frontal, there are 31,26,17,11 Demodexcs respectively, the highest intensity of mite colonization is on the chin. D. brevis were found single and scattering in the tapes, some D. folliculora were found frequently from 2-3 specimens in one follicle, all of them were in the follicle opening, and gnathosoma, podosoma were outside the opening. The phenomena indicate that mites arc easily transmitted through the direct and indirect contact. We suggested that two detection methods for Demodex be used, especially quantitative gluey cellophane tape,whiehis used as a standard method in the detection for Demodex localizing on the chin and nose.
