| Abstract: | Cells highly enriched for natural killer activity suppress the generation of Lyt-2+ cytolytic T cells in one-way mixed lymphocyte cultures. Suppression occurs because natural killer cells suppress or eliminate dendritic cells, which are required for proliferation of both Ly-1+ and Lyt-2+ lymphocytes. |
