| Abstract: | In this article,the function of myocardial mechanics of hearts in conscious rats has been determined by the method of reserved cannulation of the left ventricle. If the method is operated properly, there will be a greater success and satisfying results are obtained as well; And the method of reserved cannulation is easier to operate, more econmical and is of certain value. |
