| 摘 要： | 本文主要是干扰素口含片实验性研究，通过其工艺制备，稳定性试验，细菌学检查，急性毒性试验，病毒抑制实验、NK细胞活性实验，小鼠口腔粘膜SIgA实验，以此验证干扰素口含片在剂型改变，途径改变和剂量改变之后是否有效以及效果如何。

| Abstract: | INF oral tablet on substrate recipe and preparation technology was studied by changing in agent-type,channel and dose.Activity of IFN was detected by trial of stability,bacteriology,virus inhibition,activity of NKcells and oral mucosa SIgA of mice to demonstrate whether IFN oral tablet validates and how it works. |
