中国蚌螨属支序分类分析(蜱螨亚纲:蚌螨科)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选择35个特征对我国蚌螨属15种的支序分析结果表明:蚌螨P-Ⅳ(胫节)端腹部的指状突是将它们聚集成两群的主要特征.今村蚌螨P-Ⅳ端腹部仅具有短矩,与外群最近,认为是我国的蚌螨属水螨中最原始的种类;雌螨前殖吸盘板的形态影响戊蚌螨亚属与多盘蚌螨亚属的种类聚类,由此推测可以将蚌螨P-Ⅳ端腹部的指状突与雌螨前殖吸盘板的形态也作为蚌螨亚属的区分特征.由于殖吸盘结构简单是祖征态之一,因此认为具有5对殖吸盘的邻近蚌螨比6对殖吸盘的厚蚌螨更原始.雌螨具有1对殖吸盘板的寄蚌螨亚属种类与沃蚌螨亚属种类在支序系统树中形成姊妹群,结果支持Vidrine 将沃蚌螨亚属从寄蚌螨亚属中分离的修订.  相似文献

The host specificity and population genetic structure of the symbiotic water mites Unionicola foili from the host mussel Utterbackia imbecillis and Unionicola formosa from the mussels Pyganodon cataracta, Pyganodon grandis and Anodonta suborbiculata were examined over a broad geographical scale in order to determine the extent to which specialization by these water mites is structured geographically. The behavioural responses of U. foili and U. formosa were highly host-species specific, with adults of both species exhibiting negative phototaxis in the presence of a chemical factor from the species of mussel with which the mites had been associated in the field. The photobehaviour of these water mites in the presence of water from a non-host mussel varied depending on the species in question. Although U. foili from U. imbecillis exhibited negative phototaxis in water modified by A. suborbiculata, mites from this latter host did not exhibit a directional response in U. imbecillis water. Unionicola foili and U. formosa from A. suborbiculata were positively phototactic when they were exposed to water modified by either species of Pyganodon. The photoresponse of U. formosa from P. cataracta and P. grandis was positive in the presence of water modified by U. imbecillis and A. suborbiculta. However, these mussel-mites showed no directional response in water modified by their alternate species of Pyganodon. Unionicola foili and the host-associated populations of U. formosa were examined for allozyme variation at eight loci to determine the pattern and degree of genetic variation. There was a high degree of genetic differentiation when mite populations from the two species of Pyganodon were compared with U. foili or U. formosa from A. suborbiculata. These populational groupings were fixed for different alleles at two enzyme loci. The results of this study indicate that populations of U. formosa from P. cataracta and P. grandis are reproductively isolated from U. foili from U. imbecillis and from U. formosa from A. suborbiculata and contend that host specificity is an important mechanism in restricting gene flow among these populational groupings. 记述了从我国江西省淡水蚌中采到的蚌螨科Unioncolidae水螨1新种,簇刺蚌螨U.(Anodontinatax)penicillatus sp.nov.,模式标本保存于南昌大学生物科学工程系.簇刺蚌螨,新种Unionicola(Anodontinatax)penicillatus sp.nov.(图1~11)正模♂,副模1♀,江西鄱阳湖,1998-11-11,文春根采自背角无齿蚌A.woodiana woodiana(Lea).鉴别特征新种近似于中间蚌螨U.(Anodontinatax)intermedia(Koenike,1882),但通过以下特征区别后者:雄螨具有背小板,雄螨Ⅳ-L-4-5的密刺毛数量为8~10和22~24(后者为18~20和17~19),射精复合体的形状和须肢的分叉腹小爪.词源:拉丁词"penicillatus"意思为"一簇毛的",指新种因雄螨Ⅳ-L-4-5有一簇刺毛而命名.  相似文献

The life cycle of the water mite Unionicola foili includes larvae that parasitize chironomid dipterans, and nymphs and adults that occur in association with the freshwater mussel Utterbackia imbecillis. The georesponses and photoresponses of larval U. foili in the presence of chemical substances from chironomids and mussels both prior to (= pre-chironomid larvae) and after their parasitism with chironomids (= post-chironomid larvae) were examined in the laboratory. The responses of larval U. foili to light and gravity changed during larval ontogeny and varied depending on the chemistry of the medium in which they were examined. Pre-chironomid larvae preferentially responded to water modified by chironomids given that negative phototaxis and positive georesponses were elicited only in the presence of water that had been modified by these hosts. Post-chironomid larvae exhibited host-induced negative phototaxis only in the presence of mussel-modified water. Post-chironomid larvae were consistently geopositive when exposed to water modified by mussels or chironomids. The pattern of responses exhibited by larval U. foili to light and gravity are interpreted as adaptations for locating potential hosts in the field.  相似文献

Abstract

Records of sponge-associated Hydracarina from the Southern Hemisphere are uncommon. Unionicola (Pentatax) billieaehonore n. sp. has been found in association with the freshwater sponge Ephydatia kakahuensis in Lake Rotoiti (North Island) and Lake Taupo in New Zealand. Differences in palpal characteristics and in setal patterns of the epimera distinguish this species from the holotype of Unionicola longiseta Walter 1915 which was reported from New Zealand by Schröder (1935).  相似文献

Mite larvae belonging to the genus Unionicola hatch from eggs laid in freshwater mussels. Larvae of the same genus are found attached to the legs and abdomens of adult Chironomids. Larvae from these two very different habitats are described and it is demonstrated that two of those found on Chironomids are identical with two obtained from mussels. It is thus confirmed that some mites of the genus Unionicola which lay their eggs in mussels also have larvae which parasitise Chironomids.
Zusammenfassung Wassermilbenlarven von der Gattung Unionicola entwickeln sich in Eiern, die in Süsswassermuscheln abgelegt werden. Larven von der gleichen Gattung sind and den Beinen und Hinterleibern von erwachsenen Chironomiden zu finden. Larven von diesen beiden sehr verschiedenen Fundorten werden beschrieben, und es wird gezeigt, dass zwei von den an Chironomiden gefundenen mit zwei von den in Muscheln ausgebrüteten Arten identisch sind. Es wird somit beweisen, dass einige Milben von der Gattung Unionicola, die ihre Eier in Muschlen ablegen, auch Larven haben, die Chironomide parasitieren.

Resumé Les larves des Hydrachnes du genre Unionicola sortent des oeufs qui sont pondus dans les moules d'eau douce. On trouve les larves du même genre attachées aux jambes et aux abdomens des Chironomes adultes. Les larves issues de ces deux habitats tres différents sont décrites et on démontre que deux de celles qui ont été trouvées sur les Chironomes sont identiques aux deux venant des moules. On a ainsi confirmé que certains Hydrachnes du genre Unionicola qui pondent des oeufs dans les moules ont aussi des larves qui vivent au parasites chez les Chironomes.
