The chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts of the leaves of Teclea natalensis have yielded two furoquinoline alkaloids, 6-[(2,3-epoxy-3-methylbutyl)oxy]-4,7-dimethoxyfuro[2,3-b]quinoline and 4,7-dimethoxy-6-[(3-methyl-2-butenyl)oxy]furo[2,3-b]quinoline, and the known alkaloids 4,7-dimethoxy-8-[(3-methyl-2-butenyl)oxy]furo[2,3-b]quinoline, flindersiamine and dictamnine. 相似文献

7-(2'-Hydroxy-3'-chloroprenyloxy)-4,8-dimethoxyfuroquinoline (1) and 6-(2'-hydroxy-3'-chloroprenyloxy)-4,7-dimethoxyfuroquinoline (2), together with ten known compounds, have been isolated from the aerial parts of Ertela (Monnieria) trifolia (L.) Kuntze. All the isolates were tested for antiproliferative activity against the A2780 human ovarian cancer cell line. 相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of Sigmatanthus trifoliatus Huber ex Emmerich (Rutaceae) allowed the isolation and identification of the coumarins seselin, osthol, coumurrayin and braylin, besides the furoquinoline alkaloids evolitrine, dictamnine, γ-fagarine and skimmianine. Their chemical structures were determined based on MS, NMR analyses, and supported by comparison with those reported in the literature. The essential oils composition of leaves, roots, and trunk were also analyzed, showing the compounds b-Caryophyllene (33.2%), germacrene-D (28.1%) and bornyl acetate (14.7%) as main components, respectively. The chemotaxonomic significance of the isolated compounds was discussed. 相似文献

Acridone and furoquinoline alkaloids from Teclea gerrardii (Rutaceae: Toddalioideae) of southern Africa 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The combined hexane/CH(2)Cl(2) extract of the stem bark of Teclea gerrardii (Rutaceae: Toddalioideae) has yielded two acridone alkaloids, 3-hydroxy-1-methoxy-N-methylacridone (tegerrardin A) (1) and 3-hydroxy-N-methyl-1-(gamma,gamma-dimethylallyloxy)acridone (tegerrardin B) (2), three known acridones (3-5), two known furoquinolines (6,7), and the acridone precursor tecleanone (8). Arborinine (3) and evoxine (6) displayed moderate antiplasmodial activity against the CQS D10 strain of Plasmodium falciparum, with IC(50) values of 12.3 and 24.5 microM, respectively. 相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the alkaloidal extract of the roots of Toddalia asiatica led to the isolation of a new seco-benzophenanthridine alkaloid (1) and twelve known alkaloids (2–13). The new structure was elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis, and the known alkaloids were identified by comparison with the literature. Among these alkaloids, 1 and 5–7 were reported from the genus Toddalia for the first time. The distribution of the isolated alkaloids at genus/family level was presented via network analysis and their chemotaxonomic significance was also discussed. 相似文献

The limonoid derivative, methyl uguenenoate, the azole, uguenenazole, and the amide, uguenenonamide, together with the known furoquinoline alkaloids flindersiamine and maculosidine, and syringaldehyde have been isolated from the root of the East African Rutaceae Vepris uguenensis. While methyl uguenenoate and the furoquinoline alkaloids displayed mild antimalarial activity, the azole and amide were completely inactive. 相似文献

Five new furoquinoline alkaloids, namely tecleabine (1), tecleoxine (2), isotecleoxine (3), methylnkolbisine (4) and chlorodesnkolbisine (5) were isolated from the aerial parts of Teclea nobilis, together with seven known furoquinoline derivatives; one acridone alkaloid, and one known flavanone. The structures of the alkaloids 1-5 were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectral data, including COSY, HMQC and HMBC experiments, as well as HRMS. 相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of Dictamnus angustifolius led to the isolation of 14 compounds, including six furoquinoline alkaloids (1–6), two sesquiterpenoids (7, 8) and six flavonoids (9–14). The structures of these compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods and a comparison of their data with those reported in the literature. This is the first report of three furoquinoline alkaloids 1–3 and six flavonoids 9–14 from the genus Dictamnus and the first isolation of compounds 4–8 from D. angustifolius. The chemotaxonomic significance of furoquinoline alkaloids and sesquiterpenoids has also been summarized. 相似文献
