Pasteurella pneumotropica was isolated from the nasopharyngeal area of two of five rabbits obtained from a "Pasteurella-free" production colony. No evidence of disease was observed in these rabbits during clinical and necropsy examinations.  相似文献

本文报道海拔3417m和4280m地区世居藏族和移居汉族青少年运动状态下心肺功能的对比研究。结果显示:3417m和4280m世居藏族的最大氧耗量、无氧阈值及最大心输出量都明显大于汉族,血氧饱和度(Sao2)随运动负荷的增加而降低。海拔3417m藏、汉族的△Sao2分别为7.46%和10.03%,4280m处为8.57%和13.75%,最大心率随海拔升高而下降。研究提示,藏族青少年有较高的最大有氧能力,反映了他们对低氧环境的适应优势。  相似文献

Conformational space of a novel cyclic enkephalin analogue, cyclo(N(epsilon),N(epsilon')-carbonyl-D-Lys2,Lys5)enkephalin amide, was exhaustively examined. A large number of conformations was selected and clustered into families on the basis of their structure and energy. For representative conformations ROESY spectra were generated and their linear combination was fitted to the spectra measured in water and Me2SO-d6. This procedure yielded an ensemble of most populated conformations of the peptide in the two solvents.  相似文献

Beta-casomorphins, opioid peptides present in mother's milk, are a good substrate for DPPIV (EC 3.4.14.5) which is a major factor limiting the half-life of biologically active peptides. Serum DPPIV activity of two groups of infants (healthy and atopic dermatitis) and contents of beta-casomorphin-5 and -7 in their mothers' milk were determined in the study. We have found correlation between those two parameters in the group of children with atopic dermatitis syndromes, while no such a correlation was found in the control group.  相似文献

Milk is the best, complete food important for the development and nourishment of a neonate. Except for nutrients, milk contains biologically active opioid peptides derived from beta-casein, named beta-casomorphins (BCMs), which can exert effects in the gastrointestinal tract as well as in the whole body of neonates. The content of beta-casomorphins in human milk during maturation phases has not been studied so far. The aim of this study was to determine the content of beta-casomorphin-5 and -7 in human milk in different phases of lactation. A significantly higher concentration of both beta-casomorphins was found in colostrum than in mature milk. The concentration of beta-casomorphin in milk collected in the second month of lactation was similar to the level obtained in the fourth month of lactation. The content of beta-casomorphins in human milk was observed with the period of lactation. The level of opioid peptides may depend on the function of these peptides in neonate's body and may be associated with the maturation process.  相似文献

The origin of midgut epithelium may begin either from yolk cells (energids), tips of stomo- and proctodaeum (ectoderm), inner layer (endoderm) or from both kinds of the above mentioned cells. The origin of the midgut epithelium in wingless insects (Apterygota) has still not been determined. In Thermobia domestica the formation of midgut is much delayed, and it completes in the post-embryonic stage, while the stomo- and the proctodaeum are well-developed in the embryonic period. The energids, which remain inside the yolk, start to migrate to its periphery, where they arrange singly close to cell membrane. The yolk mass with the energids at the 14th day of embryogenesis are referred to as the primary midgut. During the first instar larval stage more and more energids migrate to the yolk periphery and the cell membrane starts to form numerous foldings surrounding the groups of energids, which in turn lead to formation of isolated regenerative cell groups. Eventually the cell membrane invaginations reach the center of the yolk mass. Large cells of the primary epithelium, surrounding the newly formed midgut lumen are formed. The cells of the primary epithelium are filled with yolk and are equipped with microvilli pointing to the midgut lumen. As the yolk is being digested, the process of the primary epithelium cells degeneration begins. The cells are getting shorter and start to degenerate. The definitive midgut epithelium is formed from proliferating regenerative cells. It consists of regularly spaced regenerative cell groups as well as the epithelial cells. The ultrastructure of both these cell groups has been described.  相似文献

The alpha(1c) subunit of the cardiac L-type Ca(2+) channel, which contains the channel pore, voltage- and Ca(2+)-dependent gating structures, and drug binding sites, has been well studied in heterologous expression systems, but many aspects of L-type Ca(2+) channel behavior in intact cardiomyocytes remain poorly characterized. Here, we develop adenoviral constructs with E1, E3 and fiber gene deletions, to allow incorporation of full-length alpha(1c) gene cassettes into the adenovirus backbone. Wild-type (alpha(1c-wt)) and mutant (alpha(1c-D-)) Ca(2+) channel adenoviruses were constructed. The alpha(1c-D-) contained four point substitutions at amino acid residues known to be critical for dihydropyridine binding. Both alpha(1c-wt) and alpha(1c-D-) expressed robustly in A549 cells (peak L-type Ca(2+) current (I(CaL)) at 0 mV: alpha(1c-wt) -9.94+/-1.00pA/pF, n=9; alpha(1c-D-) -10.30pA/pF, n=12). I(CaL) carried by alpha(1c-D-) was markedly less sensitive to nitrendipine (IC(50) 17.1 microM) than alpha(1c-wt) (IC(50) 88 nM); a feature exploited to discriminate between engineered and native currents in transduced guinea-pig myocytes. 10 microM nitrendipine blocked only 51+/-5% (n=9) of I(CaL) in alpha(1c-D-)-expressing myocytes, in comparison to 86+/-8% (n=9) of I(CaL) in control myocytes. Moreover, in 20 microM nitrendipine, calcium transients could still be evoked in alpha(1c-D-)-transduced cells, but were largely blocked in control myocytes, indicating that the engineered channels were coupled to sarcoplasmic reticular Ca(2+) release. These alpha(1c) adenoviruses provide an unprecedented tool for structure-function studies of cardiac excitation-contraction coupling and L-type Ca(2+) channel regulation in the native myocyte background.  相似文献
