A series of color‐tunable Ca3–2x‐y‐zSiO4Cl2 (CSC):xCe3+,xLi+,yMn2+,zEu2+ phosphors with low temperature phase structure was synthesized via the sol–gel method. An energy transfer process from Ce3+ to Mn2+ in CSC:0.01Ce3+,0.01Li+,yMn2+ (y = 0.03–0.09) and the mechanism was verified to be an electric dipole–dipole interaction. The Ce3+ and Mn2+ emission intensities were greatly enhanced by co‐doping Eu2+ ions into CSC:0.01Ce3+,0.01Li+,0.07Mn2+ phosphors due to competitive energy transfers from Eu2+/Ce3+ to Mn2+, and Ce3+ to Eu2+. Under 332 nm excitation, CSC:0.01Ce3+,0.01Li+,0.07Mn2+,zEu2+ (z = 0.0005–0.002) exhibited tunable emission colors from green to white with coexisting orange, green and violet‐blue emissions. This study analyzes population structure and linkage disequilibrium (LD) among 187 commonly used Chinese maize inbred lines,
representing the genetic diversity among public, commercial and historically important lines for corn breeding. Seventy SSR
loci, evenly distributed over 10 chromosomes, were assayed for polymorphism. The identified 290 alleles served to estimate
population structure and analyze the genome-wide LD. The population of lines was highly structured, showing 6 subpopulations:
BSSS (American BSSS including Reid), PA (group A germplasm derived from modern U.S. hybrids in China), PB (group B germplasm
derived from modern U.S. hybrid in China), Lan (Lancaster Surecrop), LRC (derivative lines from Lvda Reb Cob, a Chinese landrace)
and SPT (derivative lines from Si-ping-tou, a Chinese landrace). Forty lines, which formerly had an unknown and/or miscellaneous
origin and pedigree record, were assigned to the appropriate group. Relationship estimates based on SSR marker data were quantified
in a Q matrix, and this information will inform breeder’s decisions regarding crosses. Extensive inter- and intra-chromosomal
LD was detected between 70 microsatellite loci for the investigated maize lines (2109 loci pairs in LD with D′ > 0.1 and 93 out of them at P < 0.01).This suggests that rapidly evolving microsatellites may track recent population structure. Interlocus LD decay among
the diverse maize germplasm indicated that association studies in QTLs and/or candidate genes might avoid nonfunctional and
spurious associations since most of the LD blocks were broken between diverse germplasm. The defined population structure
and the LD analysis present the basis for future association mapping.

Actinosporean infection of oligochaetes living in the mud of a commercial gibel carp pond with myxosporean disease was studied. Six actinospore types were detected exclusively from the oligochaete Branchiura sowerbyi Beddard with very high prevalence (18%). Five out of the six types were identified as the same actinosporeans described in previous reports, the sixth actinosporean was identified as a new Neoactinomyxum type and described here based on morphological and molecular characterisation. Spore body of the actinospore was globular, much smaller than caudal processes. Three caudal processes were disc-like in apical view, hemispherical in side view, closer together and encircling the spore body. The number of sporoplasm cells was detected as eight in one specimen. The new actinosporean markedly differed from other Neoactinomyxum types in literature having much bigger caudal processes. DNA sequence analyses further confirmed the morphological identification, and revealed the actinosporean described here (KU641392) possessed less than 94% sequence similarity with myxozoans available in the GenBank database. 相似文献

为了考察过量表达苹果酸酶对于E.coli NZN111(ldhA::Kan pfl::Cam)厌氧发酵产丁二酸的影响, 将连接有苹果酸酶基因sfcA的表达载体pTrc99a-sfcA转化进NZN111中, 构建了重组NZN111(pTrc99a-sfcA)。0.5 mmol/L IPTG诱导8 h后, 测定的苹果酸酶比酶活为30.67 u/mg, 比受体菌提高了140倍。采用两阶段发酵模式, 结果表明: 过量表达的苹果酸酶在NZN111体内催化了从丙酮酸到苹果酸的逆向反应, 丁二酸是发酵过程中积累的主要有机酸, 且当加入0.7 mmol/L IPTG诱导, 初始葡萄糖糖浓度为18.5 g/L时, 选择对数生长期后期的菌种以10%的接种量转入厌氧发酵, 发酵结束时发酵液中丁二酸的浓度为12.84 g/L, 对葡萄糖的收率为69.43%, 乙酸为0.58 g/L, 二者浓度比为22:1, 没有检测到甲酸和乳酸。构建的菌种具有高产丁二酸和副产物极少的优点, 在同类菌种中处于先进水平。 相似文献

Dissecting the genetic basis for the traits of northern-style Chinese steamed bread (NCSB) is of great significance for wheat quality breeding. Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for the processing quality of NCSB were studied using a recombinant inbred line (RIL) consisting of 173 lines derived from a “Shannong01–35 × Gaocheng9411” cross. Twenty-four putative additive QTLs were detected on chromosomes 1A, 1B, 1D, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 5B, 6B, and 7B. Of these QTLs, QTex1A.1-27, QHei5B.5-488, and QGum4B.4-17 had the highest contribution and accounted for 9.33, 10.9, and 12.0% of the phenotypic variations, respectively. Several co-located QTLs with additive effects were detected on chromosomes 1A, 1D, 4B, and 5B. Two clusters (RFL_CONTIG2160_524-WSNP_CAP12_C2438_1180601 and EX_C101685_705-RAC875_C27536_611) for height, total score, and texture and for chewiness, gumminess, and hardness were detected on chromosomes 1A and 4B, respectively. Two QTLs for chewiness and hardness (QCh1D-4, QHa1D-4) with additive effects were detected; these alleles could be good targets for improving the processing quality of steamed bread from common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). In addition, QTLs for wheat flour quality and the associated correlations with NCSB were simultaneously analyzed. Negative correlations were detected between chewiness and the wet/dry gluten content (WGC/DGC) or protein content. Two QTLs (QCh4B.4-17 and QPr4B.4-17) and three QTLs (QCh4B.4-13, QWG4B.4-13, and QDG4B.4-13) clustered in the same chromosomal region. The detected QTL clusters should be further investigated during wheat breeding and could be used by breeders to improve wheat quality and especially the processing quality of NCSB. 相似文献

Perylene diimide (PDI) with high electron affinities are promising candidates for applications in polymer solar cells (PSCs). In addition, the strength of π‐deficient backbones and end‐groups in an n‐type self‐dopable system strongly affects the formed end‐group‐induced electronic interactions. Herein, a series of amine/ammonium functionalized PDIs with excellent alcohol solubility are synthesized and employed as electron transporting layers (ETLs) in PSCs. The electron transfer properties of the resulting PDIs are dramatically tuned by different end‐groups and π‐deficient backbones. Notably, electron transfer is observed directly in solution in self‐doped PDIs for the first time. A significantly enhanced power conversion efficiency of 10.06% is achieved, when applying the PDIs as ETLs in PTB7‐Th:PC71BM‐based PSCs. These results demonstrate the potential of n‐type organic semiconductors with stable n‐type doping capability and facile solution processibility for future applications of energy transition devices. 相似文献

Metabolic homeostasis is critical for all biological processes in the brain. The metabolites are considered the best indicators of cell states and their rapid fluxes are extremely sensitive to cellular changes. While there are a few studies on the metabolomics of Parkinson’s disease, it lacks longitudinal studies of the brain metabolic pathways affected by aging and the disease. Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectroscopy (UPLC/MS), we generated the metabolomics profiling data from the brains of young and aged male PD-related α-synuclein A53T transgenic mice as well as the age- and gender-matched non-transgenic (nTg) controls. Principal component and unsupervised hierarchical clustering analyses identified distinctive metabolites influenced by aging and the A53T mutation. The following metabolite set enrichment classification revealed the alanine metabolism, redox and acetyl-CoA biosynthesis pathways were substantially disturbed in the aged mouse brains regardless of the genotypes, suggesting that aging plays a more prominent role in the alterations of brain metabolism. Further examination showed that the interaction effect of aging and genotype only disturbed the guanosine levels. The young A53T mice exhibited lower levels of guanosine compared to the age-matched nTg controls. The guanosine levels remained constant between the young and aged nTg mice, whereas the aged A53T mice showed substantially increased guanosine levels compared to the young mutant ones. In light of the neuroprotective function of guanosine, our findings suggest that the increase of guanosine metabolism in aged A53T mice likely represents a protective mechanism against neurodegeneration, while monitoring guanosine levels could be applicable to the early diagnosis of the disease. 相似文献
