由黄瓜类囊体及其基粒片层、间质片层、PSⅡ放氧颗粒和捕光色素蛋白复合体类脂组成的分析表明;各膜制备物均含有类囊体膜的5种类脂成分,除LHCⅡ外,其它均以MGDG含量为最高,其次是DGDG,在LHCⅡ所含类脂中,PG含量最高。SQDO除在LHCⅡ中含量稍低以外,在其它膜制备物中的含量没有明显的差异。类脂脂肪酸组成的分析可知,不同膜制备物中MGDG、DGDG和SQDG的脂肪酸组成没有明显差异,但PG的脂肪酸组成差异较明显。 相似文献

N-type inactivation in voltage-gated K+ (Kv) channels is a widespread means to modulate neuronal excitability and signaling. Here we have shown a novel mechanism of N-type inactivation in a Caenorhabditis elegans Kv channel. The N-terminal sequence of KVS-1 contains a domain of 22 amino acids that resembles the inactivation ball in A-type channels, which is preceded by a domain of eighteen amino acids. Wild type KVS-1 currents can be described as A-type; however, their kinetics are significantly (approximately 5-fold) slower. When the putative inactivation ball is deleted, the current becomes non-inactivating. Inactivation is restored in non-inactivating channels by diffusion of the missing inactivation domain in the cytoplasm. Deletion of the domain in front of the ball speeds inactivation kinetics approximately 5-fold. We conclude that KVS-1 is the first example of a novel type of Kv channel simultaneously possessing an N-inactivating ball preceded by an N inactivation regulatory domain (NIRD) that acts to slow down inactivation through steric mechanisms. 相似文献

A series of novel 2-arylimino-3-aryl-thiazolidine-4-ones was designed, synthesized and tested for in vitro antibiofilm activity against Staphylococcus epidermidis. Among them tested, some compounds with carboxylic acid groups showed good antibiofilm activity. The antibiofilm concentration of 1x was 6.25 μM. The structure–activity relationships revealed that incorporation of 2-phenylfuran moiety could greatly enhance antibiofilm activity of thiazolidine-4-one. 相似文献

水稻的水平剑叶净光合速率 (Pn)和羧化效率(CE)显著高于直立剑叶 ,其胞间CO2 浓度 (Ci)显著低于直立剑叶 ,但两者的气孔导度 (Gs)没有明显差别。这表明剑叶取向对水稻叶片的光合能力有重要影响。水平剑叶的高Pn可能同其RuBP羧化酶含量和活性高有关。这可能是水平叶生长期间吸收光量较多的结果。 相似文献

DNA条形码是利用相对较短的标准DNA片段对物种进行快速准确鉴定的一门技术。DNA条形码技术可以从分子水平弥补传统鉴定方法的一些不足。该技术具有良好的通用性,使得物种鉴定过程更加快速,已经广泛应用于动物物种的鉴定研究中。近年来,随着药用植物DNA条形码鉴定研究的快速发展,逐渐形成了药用植物和植物源中药材鉴定的完善体系。本文综述了DNA条形码技术鉴定药用植物的原理,介绍了中草药传统鉴定方法及其缺陷、使用DNA条形码技术鉴定植物源药材的意义以及DNA条形码在药用植物鉴定中的应用,对其应用前景进行了展望。 相似文献

本研究以野生高含量灯盏花的叶片为外植体,在7个不同浓度NAA和BA组合的MS培养基上进行愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和增殖及生根的培养,确定了灯盏花快繁体系的最适培养条件:(1)初代培养基:(MS+6-BA) 0.5 mg.L-1+NAA0.1 mg.L-1;(2)丛生芽增殖培养基:(MS+6-BA) 2 mg.L-1+NAA 0.7 mg.L-1;(3) 生根培养基:(2/3MS+NAA) 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA0.8。 相似文献
