The features and prognostic value of wavelet-synchrony of evoked responses during the listening to realistic stimuli (music) were revealed in the study. Musical passages were selected according the patients’ preferences by their relations consultation. Wavelet-connections were calculated for each melody in the range from 0 to 1000 ms from stimuli. Total 22 examinees in 12 patients being in unconsciousness state were carried out. Resting state values of wavelet-connectivity were poorer in vegetative patients in comparison to healthy subjects regardless of consciousness recovery degree in future while wavelet-connections in mutism were higher in comparison to healthy subjects. Absolute value of wavelet-synchrony was lower than in norm. In patients with compete consciousness recovery in the future the maximal values of wavelet-synchrony were revealed in the temporal-occipital area while in patients who in the future have been revealed in the lesser degree the maximal values of wavelet-synchrony are shown in frontal-central areas. In chronic unconsciousness patients during the listening to instrumental music the maximal wavelet-connections values were determined in the right frontal area.  相似文献

Seasonal dynamics and demographic structure was studied in 15 dominant ground beetle species in the mountain taiga and mountain forest-steppe belts of the Eastern Sayan (Okinskoe Plateau). Life cycles of the dominant ground beetle species were classified by developmental time, seasonal dynamics, and intrapopulation groups with different reproduction timing. The strategies of carabid life cycles adapted to severe mountain conditions of the Eastern Sayan were revealed.  相似文献

The effect of bacterial lipopolysaccharide endotoxin (LPS), immune system activator, on differentiation and migration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone-producing neurons in rat embryogenesis has been studied. Intraperitoneal injection with LPS (18 μg/kg) into pregnant rats on the 12th day of pregnancy led to 50% decrease in total number of GnRH-neurons in the forebrain of 17-day-old embryos and 17% decrease in 19-day-old embryos. At the same time, the number of GnRH-neurons in the nasal area of the head of 17- and 19-day-old embryos was increased by 40 and 50%, respectively, whereas it increased by 20% in olfactory bulbs of 17-day-old embryos and was not changed in olfactory bulbs of 19-day-old embryos. Neither the total number of neurons nor their distribution patterns were affected by LPS injection into pregnant rats on the 15th day of pregnancy. Singular localization of GnRH-neurons in embryo forebrain was observed after LPS administration, whereas the neurons were located by groups of 3–4 cells in rostral areas. Therefore, at the early stages of pregnancy, LPS was shown to suppress initial stages of differentiation and migration of GnRH-producing neurons. The effects observed in our study may be mediated by LPS-induced proinflammatory cytokines.  相似文献

Native structure of active forms of rat liver immune proteasomes has been studied by two-dimensional electrophoresis method modified for analysis of unpurified protein fractions. The developed method allowed revealing the proteasome immune subunits LMP7 and LMP2 in 20S subparticles and in the structures bound to one or two PA28αβ activators, but not to the PA700 activator, which is involved in the hydrolysis of ubiquitinated proteins. The results obtained indicate the participation of the immune proteasomes in delicate regulatory mechanisms based on the production of biologically active peptides and exclude their participation in processes of crude degradation of “rotated” ubiquitinated proteins.  相似文献

We studied the seasonal dynamics and demographic structure of abundant ground beetle species from the mountain taiga belt in the Eastern Sayan. Data on the dynamics of the sexual and age structure of the populations as well as on the reproductive capacity of females in the biotopes on the slopes with different exposure and height were obtained. Life cycles with one-and two-year development were revealed for the ground beetles typical for the mountain taiga belt. As an example, data on the life cycles of Pterostichus montanus (Motschulsky, 1844) with one-year spring development and Carabus loschnikovi (Fischer-Waldheim, 1822) with two-year polyvariant multiseasonal development are given for the first time. Two strategies were revealed in the life cycles of ground beetles under alpine conditions: an accelerated population development in spring one-year species and a two-year development with pronounced polyvariance in two intrapopulation groups of ground beetles of the Carabus genus. The effects of tensile stress and temperature on cell wall elasticity have been investigated in the outer cell walls of coleoptile epidermis of 4- and 6-day-old Zea mays L. seedlings. The change in tensile stress from 6 to 40 MPa caused the increase in cell wall elastic modulus from 0.4 to 3 GPa. Lowering the temperature from 30 to 4 °C resulted in instantaneous and reversible cell wall elongation of 0.3–0.5 ‰. At a given temperature and stress level, the wall elastic modulus of 6-day-old seedlings tended to be 30 % higher than that of 4-day-old plants. The relationship between cell wall elasticity and mechanical stress indicated that the stress distribution within the cell wall is highly uneven. The analysis of the effect of temperature on cell wall elastic strain showed that structural differences between crystalline and amorphous load-bearing polymers were not the only cause of the uneven stress distribution. Based on the results obtained by Hejnowicz and Borowska-Wykr?t (Planta 220:465–473, 2005), we suggested that the uneven stress distribution is partially related to the stress gradient between inner and outer layers of the cell wall.  相似文献

The impact of fishery on the state of populations of the European whitefish Coregonus lavaretus in Lake Imandra, the largest water body of the Kola Peninsula, is considered. The retrospective analysis of catches in the period of 1930 to 1998 indicated that the consequences of an uncontrolled fishery are comparable with the effects of intensive technogenic pollution. As a result of the intensive commercial load on the water body over many decades, the number of age groups decreases, the size-weight indices in fish change, an early maturation at sizes small for the species is observed, and the population structure becomes more simple. Against the background of the improving environmental quality, the numbers of fish under the effects of the uncontrolled amateur and poaching fisheries continue to decrease, which leads to the change of the nucleus of the fish proportion of the community and the change of dominant species.  相似文献
