Comparative data are reported on chromosome polymorphism in adolescent patients with ovarian hypofunction of central origin and healthy women. Chromosome variants with small and very small heterochromatin blocks were found to prevail in the adolescent patients. The incidence of pericentric inversions in chromosomes 1 and 9 was found to be significantly increased in the girls with ovarian hypofunction.  相似文献

348 different tissues were sampled for cultivation from 300 infants perinatally, died: a) from 118 fetuses, died at the antenatal period, 143 samples of four types of tissues were taken (kidney type -27, skin type-10, gonad type-74, blood type -32); b) 72 samples of blood and 13 samples of gonad were taken from 75 fetuses died at the intranatal period; c) 120 samples (blood type -86, gonad type -86) were taken from 97 newborn infants, died at the early neonatal period. Positive results of the growth of cultures were found in 46% (15.4% -from antenatally dead fetuses, 71.8% -intranatal deaths of infants, 64.2% -early mortality of the newborn). Among the 22 antenatally dead infants 3 appeared to have chromosome anomalies (13.6%); 1) 47, XY, +22; 2) 69, XXX; 3) 46, XX/46, XY. Among 61 intranatally dead infants 3 were found to have karyotype anomalies (4.9%): 1) 47, XX, +18; 2) 47, XY, +21;3) 46, XX/46, XY. 5 (6.5%) of the 77 newborn, dead in the first days after parturition, had the anomalies of the following types: 1) 45, XO; 2) 47, XYY; 3) 47, XY; +13; 4) 47, XY, +21; 5) 46, XX, 13q-. The total frequency of chromosome anomalies among 160 perinatally dead infants was 6.9%.  相似文献

The photolysis and Penicillium tardum H-2 degradation of p-cresol in water containing humic acids was investigated by fluorescence and bioluminescence methods. Humic acids extracted from peat (the Vasuygan bog, Tomsk region of Russia) induce the phototransformation of p-cresol. The influence of humic acids on the phototransformation of p-cresol under different irradiation conditions was investigated. Comparison of the data on the KrCl* (lambda = 222 nm) and XeCl* (lambda = 308 nm) excilamps light showed that the most effective p-cresol degradation was observed with mercury lamp irradiation in the presence of humic acids.  相似文献

Changes in the rates of microbiological degradation of kerosene, diesel fuel, and fuel oil under the effect of UV irradiation were estimated by testing the respiratory activity of microbial communities. The strongest inhibitory effect was observed upon simultaneous UV irradiation of both natural water and petroleum products. Concentrations of CO2 in the microbial communities (microcosms) decreased from 6.7 to 3.6 vol. % upon oxidation of kerosene, from 5.9 to 0.8 vol. % upon oxidation of diesel fuel, and from 5.7 to 0.05 vol. % upon oxidation of fuel oil.  相似文献

The data on the dynamics of the content and qualitative composition of intracellular alkanes in Paramecium caudatum Ehrenberg, 1838 cells feeding on bacteria with different levels of exposure to diesel oil are presented. Sequential photo-and biodegradation of p-cresol was studied using a mercury lamp, as well as KrCl and XeCl excilamps. Preirradiation of p-cresol at a concentration of 10?4 M did not affect the rate of its subsequent biodegradation. An increase in the concentration of p-cresol to 10?3 M and in the duration preliminary UV irradiation inhibited subsequent biodegradation. Biodegradation of p-cresol was accompanied by the formation of a product with a fluorescence maximum at 365 nm (λex = 280 nm), and photodegradation yielded a compound fluorescing at 400 nm (λex = 330 nm). Sequential UV and biodegradation led to the appearance of bands in the fluorescence spectra that were ascribed to p-cresol and its photolysis products. It was shown that sequential use of biological and photochemical degradation results in degradation of not only the initial toxicant but also the metabolites formed during its biodegradation.  相似文献

This work presents the data on the rate of utilization of phenols formed during lignin pyrolysis by micromycetes of the genera Trichoderma and Penicillium. Trichoderma strains utilized phenols at the concentration of liquid pyrolytic products of 0.5–1%, while Penicillium strains degraded over 50% phenols at the concentration of pyrolytic products of 2%. Micromycete cultures completely utilized phenol and the cresol-xylenol fraction. Penicillium strains demonstrated a more active growth on media containing phenol, p-cresol, or guaiacum tar as the source of carbon as compared to Trichoderma. m-Cresol and m-xylenol in micromycete growth media containing products of lignin pyrolysis seem to be utilized by co-oxidation.  相似文献

Physiological and biochemical properties of the strain Penicillium tardum H-2, a degrader of phenolic compounds formed during lignin pyrolysis, have been characterized. The micromycete P. tardum H-2 can consume phenol, catechol, p-cresol, vanillin, and guaiacum tar. When grown in a medium containing a water-soluble fraction of lignin pyrolysis waste at concentrations from 0.5 to 2%, it consumes 62–72% of the phenolic components of the waste. According to gas-liquid chromatography, cultivation of P. tardum H-2 in a medium with liquid pyrolysis products results in a complete consumption of the phenol-cresol fraction.  相似文献

The degradation of 2,4‐dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4‐D) in water by the combination process of UV‐irradiation, humic acids and activated sludge treatment has been studied. The photoreaction rate of all irradiated samples was lowest for the sample irradiated at 308 nm (the XeCl excilamp) in the absence and in the presence of humic acids, and highest for the sample irradiated at 222 nm (the KrCl excilamp).
