叉茎管蚜蝇属Tigridemyia与墨管蚜蝇属 Mesembrius和美管蚜蝇属 Mallota形态相似,过去曾被作为后二属的亚属.但此属的雄性外生殖器阳茎的射精管端部4分叉与墨管蚜蝇属和美管蚜蝇属区别明显,因此,其属地位应予肯定.作者在整理中国的食蚜蝇标本时,发现该属1新种,刺腿叉茎管蚜蝇Tigridemyia acanthogemurilis sp.nov,加之过去已记录的1种,我国已知叉茎管蚜蝇属2种.本文描述了新种,并给出了中国已知2种的检索表和形态特征图及其分布.模式标本保存于华南农业大学植保系昆虫标本室. 相似文献

Potential natural vegetation and pre‐anthropic pollen records on the Azores Islands in a Macaronesian context 下载免费PDF全文
This paper discusses the concept of potential natural vegetation (PNV) in the light of the pollen records available to date for the Macaronesian biogeographical region, with emphasis on the Azores Islands. The classical debate on the convenience or not of the PNV concept has been recently revived in the Canary Islands, where pollen records of pre‐anthropic vegetation seemed to strongly disagree with the existing PNV reconstructions. Contrastingly, more recent PNV model outputs from the Azores Islands show outstanding parallelisms with pre‐anthropic pollen records, at least in qualitative terms. We suggest the development of more detailed quantitative studies to compare these methodologies as an opportunity for improving the performance of both. PNV modelling may benefit by incorporating empirical data on past vegetation useful for calibration and validation purposes, whereas palynology may improve past reconstructions by minimizing interpretative biases linked to differential pollen production, dispersal and preservation. 相似文献

Studies carried out for more than 10 years by the Task Group to establish GSSPs at the base of the Moscovian–Kasimovian and Kasimovian–Gzhelian boundaries have resulted in the proposal that the level at which the conodont species Idiognathodus simulator (Ellison, 1941) first appears be selected to mark the base of the Gzhelian Stage. This expands this eastern European chronostratigraphic unit to a global scale.I. simulator (sensu Barrick et al., 2008) has been identified so far in Midcontinent and eastern North America, the Moscow and Donets basins and southern Urals of eastern Europe, and in south-central China. With delineation of the photochemical events occurring in the skin after ultraviolet exposure, there has been increased interest in the skin's role in the vitamin D-3-endocrine system. We provide here in vitro conditions for the generation of both labelled (from [3H]acetate) and unlabelled vitamin D-3 in cultures of human keratinocytes and fibroblasts. Sterol precursors and photoproducts in irradiated and non-irradiated cultures are identified by co-chromatography, ultraviolet absorbance spectra, thermal conversion characteristics of previtamin D-3 and mass spectrometry. Because the conversion of 7-dehydrocholesterol to cholesterol is more efficient in vitro than in vivo, the specific delta 7 inhibitor, AY-9944, was added in non-toxic doses to modulate 7-dehydrocholesterol content. Both cell types were equally capable of generating photoproducts, depending on the amount of 7-dehydrocholesterol present. The 290 +/- 5 and 295 nm filters were much more efficient than the 305 nm filter for generating previtamin D-3 and vitamin D-3 in fibroblasts. In contrast, the 305 nm filter was as efficient as the 290 +/- 5 and 295 nm filters in keratinocytes, where it yielded previtamin D-3, with much less lumisterol and tachysterol than appeared with the shorter-wavelength filters. The amount of lumisterol and tachysterol versus previtamin D-3 formed in both cell types was dependent on the total energy applied, with lower energies (less then 1 J/cm2) favoring previtamin D-3 over the other photoproducts. The use of cultured cells provides a system whereby the regulation of vitamin D-3 synthesis by extracutaneous factors can be studied in a homogeneous setting. 相似文献

Extrafloral nectaries of an African myrmecophyte, Leonardoxa africana (Baill.) Aubr., are disc-shaped, non-vascularized, embedded in the leaf mesophyll, and have a tiny neck extending to the abaxial leaf surface. These structural features differ from those found in other members of the Leguminosae, and represent an unusual type among flowering plants. These embedded foliar nectaries apparently have an energetic advantage over external nectaries and their presence supports the idea of independent and repeated evolution of nectaries in the legume family. 相似文献
