纬度变化对不同冬小麦品种蛋白质组分的影响 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3
选用6个有代表性的冬小麦品种在河南省5个不同纬度试验点(32°—36°N)进行种植,研究纬度变化对冬小麦蛋白质组分含量的影响.结果表明:纬度变化对冬小麦清蛋白、麦谷蛋白含量和谷/醇比值有显著影响,而基因型差异对蛋白质组分的影响不显著.随着纬度的升高,清蛋白和醇溶蛋白含量呈降低趋势,而麦谷蛋白含量、谷/醇比值、蛋白质组分之和及小麦产量呈递增趋势.与其他试验点相比,信阳种植的6个小麦品种的清蛋白含量相对较高,驻马店和许昌的醇溶蛋白含量较高,而武陟和汤阴的麦谷蛋白含量较高.5月份平均气温、总日照时数和降雨量与小麦蛋白质组分地点间变化关系密切.因此,生产上选择适宜的小麦种植区,同时可在5月份采取改善光合作用、延长灌浆时间等栽培措施,以提高小麦籽粒品质. 相似文献

采用营养液培养方法,分别用不同浓度(0、25、50和75 mmol·L-1)的NaCl和NaHCO3对黄瓜幼苗进行胁迫处理,研究黄瓜幼苗对NaCl和NaHCO3胁迫的生理响应差异.结果表明:随着胁迫强度的增加,黄瓜植株地上部和地下部生长量、叶片叶绿素含量和相对含水量均呈明显下降趋势,但NaHCO3处理下降幅度大于NaCl处理.随着处理浓度的增加,黄瓜地上部Na+含量显著上升,K+含量显著下降,在相同的Na+浓度下,NaHCO3处理比NaCl处理下降幅度更大,具有更低的K+/Na+.与NaCl处理相比,NaHCO3处理的黄瓜叶片电解质渗漏率、丙二醛、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量增加幅度更大.NaCl和NaHCO3处理使黄瓜叶片超氧化物歧化酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶活性受到显著诱导,而使过氧化物酶活性受到明显抑制. 相似文献

1. Experiments were performed on six dogs to determine the rate of penetration of Cl(33) and Na(24) across the blood-aqueous humor and blood-cerebrospinal fluid barriers after intravenous injection of the radioactive ions. The radioactivity measurements were made with an immersion type of Geiger-Müller counter. 2. The concentrations of the labelled ions in the anterior chamber and the cisterna magna increase slowly to approach that of plasma. The rate of penetration k is calculated from a simple exponential equation with the half-value interval t(0.5) or the time required for the labelled-ion concentration in the fluid to reach 50 per cent of that of plasma. The average t(0.5) for Cl(38) and Na(24) in aqueous humor are 34.3 +/- 9 and 27.3 +/- 9 minutes, respectively, while those for cerebrospinal fluid are 90 +/- 6 and 95 +/- 6 minutes, respectively. 3. A study of the radioactivity in plasma was made to determine the per cent remaining after a steady state was reached.
