The hilltop ecological effect of Danxia Landform generated by the distinct physiognomy and topography was investigated. The characteristic differences in ecological factors, community structure and species ecotype between hilltop and foot gulch and those of adjacent non-Danxia Landform were determined. The results showed that the mean daily temperature on the hilltop was higher than that at the foot gulch. But the average relative humidity and community diversity on the hilltop were lower than those at the foot gulch. In contrast to those on the hilltop, plants at the foot gulch showed stronger tropical character. All of the characteristics above were different from those in other landforms. In addition, ecotypic differentiations in leaf area, specific leaf area, bark, height under branch and crown width were found in the studied species between the hilltop and the foot gulch. Moreover, the hilltop of Danxia Landform was thought to be of significance in the scientific research of ecotype, island biogeography and adaptive evolution. Further studies are needed in order to better understand the universality of ecological effect on the hilltop of Danxia Landform.  相似文献

Based on RS, GIS and Apack software, the indices of landscape pattern such as landscape area index, landscape diversity index and landscape fragmentation index were chosen in order to describe changes in the spatial pattern of alpine wetland landscape on the Zoige Plateau during 1966–2000. Results showed that alpine wetland landscape was characteristic of marsh wetlands, which had the biggest patch number and the largest area. The alpine wetland landscape had higher spatial heterogeneity. The largest area appeared in Zoige County with the highest wetland ratio; comparatively, Aba County and Luqu County had much lower wetland ratio. The total area of alpine wetland landscape decreased rapidly during 1966–1986, but it began to increase after 1986. The wetland landscape area shrank by 59857.83 hm2 during 1966–2000. The alpine wetland landscape showed the characteristics of concentrated distribution in the past four decades, with higher convergence and dominance indices. The centroid of wetland landscape moved 12.54 km in the northwest direction firstly, 11.33 km in the southeast direction, and then 1.1 km in the north direction.  相似文献

In this paper, the community composition of Abies fargesii and the population structure of dominant species in this community were studied using a sampling plot method. The research plot was located in Shennongjia National Nature Reserve, China. Results showed that the appearance of the community was characterized by evergreen phanerophytes with microphyllous (or mesophyllous), coriaceous and single leaves. The vertical structure of the community can be clearly divided into 4 layers: arbor layer, shrub layer, herb layer and developed moss layer. Abies fargesii population was a developing population as there were more seedlings and young trees than old trees. Saplings were found more frequently in gaps than under the close canopy, which indicated a pattern of gap regeneration. The height structure of Abies fargesii population presented a reversed pyramid shape. Crown size structure of the population showed a typical reversed J shape. The relation between crown size and DBH (diameter at breast height) was closer than that between crown size and height.  相似文献

Landscape pattern indices or landscape metrics, an important means in landscape pattern analysis, has resulted in the prosperity of landscape ecology. However, landscape pattern analysis was criticized recently for its poor correlation with ecological processes. In this paper, the current situation and challenges in landscape pattern analysis was elaborated, and the future of landscape pattern analysis was discussed. We believe that the landscape metrics is still the main method in spatial pattern analysis, and is important for landscape ecology. However, there are 3 challenges in landscape pattern analysis: (1) how to develop new methods by integrating explicit ecological sense in landscape pattern analysis? (2) How to link landscape pattern and ecological processes? (3) How to apply the theory of “matrix-patch-corridor” to practice? In future, 5 issues are to be addressed: (1) to develop a methodology to describe landscape pattern in a dynamic manner; (2) to explore the ecological sense of landscape pattern using a series of landscape metrics; (3) to develop new methods for landscape pattern analysis related to ecological processes; (4) to conduct landscape pattern analysis at multi-dimensions; (5) to explain the relationship between landscape pattern and ecological processes by multi-scale pattern analysis.  相似文献

The balance between mitochondrial fission and fusion is disrupted during mitosis, but the mechanism governing this phenomenon in plant cells remains enigmatic. Here, we used mitochondrial matrix‐localized Kaede protein (mt‐Kaede) to analyze the dynamics of mitochondrial fission in BY‐2 suspension cells. Analysis of the photoactivatable fluorescence of mt‐Kaede suggested that the fission process is dominant during mitosis. This finding was confirmed by an electron microscopic analysis of the size distribution of mitochondria in BY‐2 suspension cells at various stages. Cellular proteins interacting with Myc‐tagged dynamin‐related protein 3A/3B (AtDRP3A and AtDRP3B) were immunoprecipitated with anti‐Myc antibody‐conjugated beads and subsequently identified by microcapillary liquid chromatography–quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (CapLC Q‐TOF) MS/MS. The identified proteins were broadly associated with cytoskeletal (microtubular), phosphorylation, or ubiquitination functions. Mitotic phosphorylation of AtDRP3A/AtDRP3B and mitochondrial fission at metaphase were inhibited by treatment of the cells with a CdkB/cyclin B inhibitor or a serine/threonine protein kinase inhibitor. The fate of AtDRP3A/3B during the cell cycle was followed by time‐lapse imaging of the fluorescence of Dendra2‐tagged AtDRP3A/3B after green‐to‐red photoconversion; this experiment showed that AtDRP3A/3B is partially degraded during interphase. Additionally, we found that microtubules are involved in mitochondrial fission during mitosis, and that mitochondria movement to daughter cell was limited as early as metaphase. Taken together, these findings suggest that mitotic phosphorylation of AtDRP3A/3B promotes mitochondrial fission during plant cell mitosis, and that AtDRP3A/3B is partially degraded at interphase, providing mechanistic insight into the mitochondrial morphological changes associated with cell‐cycle transitions in BY‐2 suspension cells.  相似文献

The meadow moth, Loxostege sticticalis L., is an important outbreak pest in Northeast China. The spring population in Northeast China was considered as immigrants from North China; however, the population dynamics during 1996–2007 was not consistent with this traditional theory. In this study, the source area of the spring population of the meadow moth in Northeast China was identified by trajectory analysis using the wind field simulated by mesoscale numerical forecast model MM5. The results indicated that the population of the meadow moth in North China was able to migrate into Northeast China, but had not made a crucial contribution to the outbreaks there since the weather systems were generally adverse for such a long range migration in most of the years. On the other hand, high density cocoons of L. sticticalis have frequently been found in autumn in Northeast China since 1996. The trajectory analyses indicated that most of L. sticticalis in Northeast China in spring emerged from the cocoons that had overwintered either locally or in neighboring countries, i.e. Mongolia and Russia. The development of overwintering areas at higher latitudes coincides with the increased frequency of second-generation larvae; both phenomena might be attributed to the regional climate change associated with global warming.  相似文献

A redox-active [Ru(bpy)(2)(tatp)](2+)-BSA-SWCNTs (bpy=2,2'-bipyridine, tatp=1,4,8,9-tetra-aza-triphenylene, BSA=bovine serum albumin, SWCNTs=single-walled carbon nanotubes) hybrid film is fabricated on an indium-tin oxide (ITO) electrode via one-step electrochemical co-assembly approach. BSA is inherently dispersive and therefore served as the linking mediator of SWCNTs, which facilitate the redox reactions of [Ru(bpy)(2)(tatp)](2+) employed as a reporter of BSA. The evidences from differential pulse voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry, scanning electron microscope, emission spectroscopy and fluorescence microscope reveal that the [Ru(bpy)(2)(tatp)](2+)-BSA-SWCNTs hybrid can be electrochemically co-assembled on the ITO electrode, showing two pairs of well-defined Ru(II)-based redox waves. Furthermore, the electrochemical co-assembly of the [Ru(bpy)(2)(tatp)](2+)-BSA-SWCNTs hybrid is found to be strongly dependent on the simultaneous presence of BSA and SWCNTs, indicating a good linear response to BSA in the range from 6 to 50mgL(-1). The results from this study provide an electrochemical co-assembly method for the development of non-redox protein biosensors.  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive, and simple immunosensor was developed for the detection of Kanamycin (KM) in milk. This immunosensor is based on magnetic relaxation switch (MRS) assay and biotin-streptavidin system (B-SA system). The target analyte (KM) competed with those on the surface of the superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) nanoparticles and hence affected the formation of SPIO aggregates. The dispersed and aggregated states of SPIO can modulate the spin-spin relaxation time (T(2)) of the neighboring water molecule. T(2) was then changed as an effect of the target analyte. The B-SA system was used to amplify the SPIO binding, thus enhance the sensitivity. The detection working was 1.5 to 25.2ngmL(-1) and limit of detection (LOD) was determined to be 0.1ngmL(-1). The LOD of the immunosensor decreased tenfold, and its analysis time (45min) was much shorter than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (6h to 8h). The average recoveries of the KM at various spiking levels ranged from 80.2% to 85.6% with a relative standard deviation (RSD) below 4.0%. The results showed that the MRS immunosensor was a promising platform for the determination of small molecular residues because of its high sensitivity, specificity, homogeneity, and speed.  相似文献
