本文报道东亚飞蝗交配后雌蝗卵巢中核酸和蛋白质的含量变化,以及孤雌生殖和雄蝗促性腺因子对卵巢中核酸和蛋白质代谢的影响。雌蝗羽化后7—10天进行交配,卵巢开始迅速发育,卵巢鲜重、总磷量以及蛋白质含量皆迅速增长,同时末端卵母细胞长度亦不断增加。到羽化第15天时卵巢已接近发育完成。末端卵母细胞长达6.2毫米。在各种磷化合物中,酸溶性部分在羽化15天时占总磷量的70%,磷脂磷可达20%。这表明酸溶性磷化合物和磷脂在卵巢发育过程中有较高的代谢和积累。卵巢中RNA-P增长28倍,DNA-P,增长6倍。RNA/DNA比值随着卵巢的发育而增加,这标志着蛋白质在卵巢中合成;对蛋白质含量的测定也证实了这一点。如果以RNA-P和DNA-P占总磷量的百分含量或以每百毫克卵巢鲜重计算其含量,则在卵巢发育过程中反而皆相对降低,表明卵巢中其他含磷化合物的积累优于核酸磷的增长。当雌蝗第一次产卵后,卵巢的各组成成份迅即减少,此后四天内卵巢中核酸和蛋白质的含量复可再度迅速增长,末端卵母细胞(即原未产卵前之末端第二卵母细胞)亦进一步长大,从而表现了卵巢发育的周期性变化。 人为隔离的孤雌生殖的雌蝗在羽化后40天内,卵巢发育缓慢,其末端卵母细胞长度增长缓慢,卵蜒中核酸和蛋白质的含量皆较低,相当于正常发育卵巢5—10天的水平。如将雄蝗脂肪体脂类提取物涂抹于羽化后5—7天雌蝗体表,则表现出促进雌蝗卵巢发育的作用,卵巢鲜重、卵巢中核酸等磷化合物和蛋白质含量,以及卵管中末端卵母细胞长度,在短时期内,基本上相同于正常交配对照的卵巢发育水平。因此证实:雄媓促健腺因子对卵巢发育过程中核酸和蛋白质代谢和合成起调节作用。这种调节因子可能是与保幼激素共同起作用的。  相似文献

Tradescantia albiflora (Kunth) was grown under two different light quality regimes of comparable light quantity: in red + far-red light absorbed mainly by photosystem I (PSI light) and yellow light absorbed mainly by photosystem II (PSII light). The composition, function and ultrastructure of chloroplasts, and photoinhibition of photosynthesis in the two types of leaves were compared. In contrast to regulation by light quantity (Chow et al. 1991. Physiol. Plant. 81: 175–182), light quality exerted an effect on the composition of pigment complexes, function and structure of chloroplasts in Tradescantia: PSII light-grown leaves had higher Chl a/b ratios, higher PSI concentrations, lower PSII/PSI reaction centre ratios and less extensive thylakoid stacking than PSI light-grown leaves. Light quality triggered modulations of chloroplast components, leading to a variation of photosynthetic characteristics. A larger proportion of primary quinone acceptor (QA) in PSI light-grown leaves was chemically reduced at any given irradiance. It was also observed that the quantum yield of PSII photochemistry was lower in PSI light-grown leaves. PSI light-grown leaves were more sensitive to photoinihibition and recovery was slower compared to PSII light-grown leaves, showing that the PSII reaction centre in PSI light-grown leaves was more easily impaired by photoinhibition. The increase in susceptibility of leaves to photoinhibition following blockage of chloroplast-encoded protein synthesis was greater in PSII light-grown leaves, showing that these leaves normally have a greater capacity for PSII repair. Inhibition of zeaxanthin formation by dithiothreitol slightly increased sensitivity to photoinhibition in both PSI and PSII light-grown leaves.  相似文献

近年来,在我国各地区一个“以虫治虫”的群众运动正在蓬勃展开。实践证明它可作为“综合防治”总方针中的重要一环。以瓢治蚜已经在广大棉区收到较好的效果,深受广大贫下中农的欢迎。本文介绍七星瓢虫(Coccinella septempunctata L.)一些生殖特点,作为瓢虫饲养繁殖时参考。 观察实验是在北京、安阳两个地区进行的,室内和室外观察相结合,加上必要的镜检帮助了解一些机体内部的状况。实验材料七星瓢虫根据观察的需要,有的是室外采集的,有的是室内繁殖饲养的,或是室外采集室内饲养。所用饲料蚜虫,有菜蚜、桃蚜、麦蚜等。在观察实验过程中得到安阳县生防站同志们的热情帮助。  相似文献

在20℃条件下,蓖麻蚕蛹期发育需14天,接近发育完成的卵巢中各亚细胞组分中DNA、RNA和蛋白质含量迅速增长。经手术去脑后的蓖麻蚕无脑蛹卵巢不发育,其卵巢中上述成分的含量皆处于蛹早期水平。经脑激素处理后的无脑蛹卵巢即可迅速发育,在处理后18—20天,卵巢发育可接近正常水平,但较晚。在电镜下观察到的游离多核糖体呈二到七聚体,其紫外光谱特性为A260/A280=1.70;A240/A280=1.27。将脑激素注射到无脑蛹中去,可促使卵巢中游离多核糖体含量的增加。  相似文献

开展米槁群落物种生态位研究,可了解米槁群落物种对资源的利用特征,为米槁的保护与管理提供科学依据。基于贵州省米槁天然林群落的实际调查数据,通过生态位宽度、生态位重叠指数,分析该群落主要物种的资源利用特征。群落中米槁(Cinnamomum migao)、杜茎山(Maesa japonica)、菝葜(Smilax china)的生态位宽度最大,在群落中处于明显优势地位,具有较强竞争力和资源利用能力;生态位宽度越大的物种间生态位重叠越大,但在相同或相似环境条件下,生态位宽度值小的种对也会拥有较高的生态位重叠;米槁群落主要物种间的生态位重叠指数偏低,说明物种间对资源利用的相似性较低,物种的生态位分化明显,竞争不激烈,群落结构较为稳定,物种间能够较好地相互共存。  相似文献

Approximately 30% of patients with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) display chemoresistance to cisplatin-based regimens, but the underlying mechanisms are unclear. The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-encoded latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1), a functional homologue of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, contributes substantially to the oncogenic potential of EBV through the activation of multiple signaling pathways, and it is closely associated with a poorer prognosis for NPC. Recent studies show that EBV infection can induce the expression of many cellular miRNAs, including microRNA-21, a biomarker for chemoresistance. However, neither a link between LMP1 expression and miR-21 upregulation nor their cross talk in affecting chemoresistance to cisplatin have been reported. Here, we observed that stable LMP1-transformed NPC cells were less sensitive to cisplatin treatment based on their proliferation, colony formation, the IC50 value of cisplatin and the apoptosis index. Higher levels of miR-21 were found in EBV-carrying and LMP1-positive cell lines, suggesting that LMP1 may be linked to miR-21 upregulation. These data were confirmed by our results that exogenous LMP1 increased miR-21 in both transiently and stably LMP1-transfected cells, and the knock down of miR-21 substantially reversed the resistance of the NPC cells to cisplatin treatment. Moreover, the proapoptotic factors programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) and Fas ligand (Fas-L), which were negatively regulated by miR-21, were found to play an important role in the program of LMP1-dependent cisplatin resistance. Finally, we demonstrated that LMP1 induced miR-21 expression primarily by modulating the PI3K/AKT/FOXO3a signaling pathway. Taken together, we revealed for the first time that viral LMP1 triggers the PI3K/Akt/FOXO3a pathway to induce human miR-21 expression, which subsequently decreases the expression of PDCD4 and Fas-L, and results in chemoresistance in NPC cells.  相似文献

C-6-based green leaf volatiles (GLVs) are signal molecules to herbivorous insects and play an important role in plant–herbivore interactions. How isomerization of GLVs affects insect’s olfactory response has been rarely tested. In laboratory and field experiments, we examined the effect of hexanol isomers on olfactory orientation of the spiraling whitefly, Aleruodicus dispersus Russell, a highly polyphagous pest. In a Y-tube oflactometer, we found that (±)-2-hexanol, 3-methyl-3-pentanol and 3,3-dimethyl-1-butanol significantly attracted female A. dispersus. The trap captures of 3,3-dimethyl-1-butanol were significantly more than that of (±)-2-hexanol and 3-methyl-3-pentanol, and its optimum concentration was 1 μ1/ml. We suggest that the anthropogenic compound 3,3-dimethyl-1-butanol can be exploited as a parakairomone (synthetic analogues of kairomone) to monitor and control adult A. dispersus.  相似文献

The T241M polymorphism in the X-ray cross-complementing group 3 (XRCC3) had been implicated in cancer susceptibility. The previous published data on the association between XRCC3 T241M polymorphism and cancer risk remained controversial. Hence, we performed a meta-analysis to investigate the association between cancer susceptibility and XRCC3 T241M (61,861 cases and 84,584 controls from 157 studies) polymorphism in different inheritance models. We used odds ratios with 95% confidence intervals to assess the strength of the association. Overall, significantly increased cancer risk was observed in any genetic model (dominant model: odds ration [OR] = 1.07, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.00–1.13; recessive model: OR = 1.15, 95% CI = 1.08–1.23; additive model: OR = 1.17, 95% CI = 1.08–1.28) when all eligible studies were pooled into the meta-analysis. In further stratified and sensitivity analyses, the elevated risk remained for subgroups of bladder cancer and breast cancer, especially in Caucasians. In addition, significantly decreased lung cancer risk was also observed. In summary, this meta-analysis suggests the participation of XRCC3 T241M in the susceptibility for bladder cancer and breast cancer, especially in Caucasians, and XRCC3 T241M polymorphism is associated with decreased lung cancer risk. Moreover, our work also points out the importance of new studies for T241M association in some cancer types, such as gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and melanoma skin cancer, where at least some of the covariates responsible for heterogeneity could be controlled, to obtain a more conclusive understanding about the function of the XRCC3 polymorphism in cancer development.  相似文献

对蝉棒束孢菌子实体(0.75g/kg)重复灌胃SD雄性大鼠90d及恢复28d的早期肾损伤生物标记物肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)和中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)进行测定,评估蝉棒束孢菌子实体对肾小管上皮细胞的影响;研究不同剂量蝉棒束孢菌子实体(0.25g/kg、0.5g/kg、1.0g/kg)对肾小管上皮细胞增殖和增生能力的影响。给药30、60、90d及恢复28d时,SD大鼠血清中KIM-1浓度与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05),给药30d、60d时,SD大鼠血清中NGAL浓度与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05),给药90d及恢复28d时,SD大鼠血清中NGAL浓度低于对照组(P<0.05),且给药90d组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);免疫组化检测增殖细胞核抗原法(PCNA)及四甲基偶氮唑盐微量酶反应比色法(MTT)表明:与对照组相比,蝉棒束孢菌子实体能使肾小管上皮细胞增生能力增强,未导致肾小管上皮细胞凋亡。  相似文献

为探讨脑组织核因子-κB(NF-κB)对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)的作用,分别用凝胶电泳迁移分析和NF-κB p65免疫组化方法测定了CFA-GPSCH诱导大鼠EAE1、7、14和21d时脑组织NF-κB活性和蛋白表达的动态变化,并观察了这些变化与EAE症状之间的关系。结果表明;对照组大鼠脑组织仅有少量NF-κB蛋白表达,其活性也很低;诱导EAE后,伴随着大鼠EAE症状及脑组织病理损伤的出现和进行性加重,其NF-κB活性和蛋白表达量逐渐增高;在免疫后14d达到高峰,NF-κB阳性细胞主要位于脉络丛、穹隆下器、血管“套袖样”病灶的周围,与EAE病变部位一致,此时大鼠EAE发病率最高、病情最重、体重减轻最显著、脑组织病理改变也最明显;21h脑组织NF-κB活性和蛋白表达量逐渐下降,大鼠EAE症状也逐渐恢复。应用NF-κB特异性抑制剂PDTC以抑制脑内组织NF-κB活性和蛋白表达量逐渐下降,大鼠EAE症状也逐渐恢复。应用NF-κB特异性抑制剂PDTC以抑制脑内NF-κB蛋白表达后,大鼠EAE症状和脑组织损伤明显减轻,说明脑组织NF-κB的动态变化与EAE症状及脑组织损伤程度密切相关。结论:脑组织NF-κB的激活对EAE的发病起着关键的作用,应用NF-κB抑制剂可能是防治该病的有效方法之一。  相似文献
