云南景颇族的体质特征

本文调查了云南景颇族261人（男105人,女156人）。年龄为成年人（男24－60岁,女23－55岁）。主要测量均值与现代中国汉族和云南省各少数民族比较和聚类分析的结果表明,景颇族属黄种人的东亚类型,但也有南亚类型特征表现。体质特征与傣族、哈尼族和彝族接近,与基诺族和布郎族较远。     

中国盲走螨属Agilis群种类记述（蜱螨亚纲：植绥螨科）

本文新建立盲走螨属ａｇｉｌｉｓ群并限定了该群的主要特征,归纳了世界上已描述的８种,其中分布于我国的３种,此外描述了３个新种。     

豌豆种子发育过程中DNA和RNA的变化

实验结果表明：豌豆种子发育过程中单粒鲜重、ＤＮＡ和ＲＮＡ含量都随开花后日数增加而增加。其中豌豆开花第２１天,ＲＮＡ含量达最高峰,拖尾现象消失而趋于单一带区,ＤＮＡ的迁移率也降到最低,从而确定出豌豆开花后第２１天是基因转录活动降低的转折点,为种子蛋白质基因工程研究提供参考。     

大鼠免疫性血小板减少模型的研究

采用注射兔抗大鼠血小板血清（ＡＰＳ）方法,建立了大鼠免疫性血小板减少模型。大鼠腹腔注射１：４稀释的ＡＰＳ（０．７ｍｌ／２００ｇ体重）,连续３ｄ,可使血小板数量显著降低,其降低率为８１±９％（ｎ＝１２）,且其骨随巨核细胞增生活跃,但注射ＡＰＳ后对血中红细胞数和白细胞数无明显影响．在注射ＡＰＳ的同时,给予大鼠灌胃强的松（１ｍｇ／２００ｇ体重）,可抑制ＡＰＳ所致的血小板减少的下降程度,并促进停止注射ＡＰＳ后血小板数的恢复。以上结果表明,该模型符合免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的病理特征。     

Two cDNA clones coding for the legumin protein of Pisum sativum L. contain sequence repeats

The sequence of two cDNA clones coding for the whole of the -subunit and most of the -subunit of legumin are presented together with a considerable amount of protein sequence data to confirm the predicted amino acid sequence. A unique feature shown by these cDNAs is the presence of three 56 base pair tandem repeats in the region encoding the C terminal of the polypeptide. The tandem repeats are also exhibited in the predicted polypeptide sequence as three 18 amino acid repeats which contain extremely high proportions of polar, mainly acidic, residues. The new sequences are compared to the previously published sequence of some shorter legumin cDNAs (Nature 295: 76–79). In the region where the sequences overlap, the previous cDNAs differ from the new ones by only a few base substitutions but most of the repeated region is not present though the sequences on either side are. The possibility that the absence of the repeats may reflect the difference between two types of legumin gene, rather than an artefact of the cloning of the cDNAs, is discussed.     

浙江省葡萄属野生葡萄资源调查与开发利用研究

浙江是中国野生葡萄属资源分布较广泛、种类较多的地区之一,但对野生葡萄属资源的深入研究和合理开发利用不多。我们在野外调查和民间走访的基础上,结合查询文献资料,分析浙江境内野生葡萄资源的特点,并提出野生葡萄资源创新利用的思路。     

山西襄汾洞门遗址发掘简报

洞门遗址位于山西省襄汾县新城镇沙女沟村东1 km处,西距丁村遗址5.1 km。2015年10月~2016年5月,山西省考古研究所进行了为期4个月的发掘,发掘面积27 m²。遗址地层自上而下依次为表土层、马兰黄土层（L₁）、棕红色古土壤层（S₁）。包括石制品、动物化石碎片、炭屑等在内的文化遗物均出土于S₁中。另外在遗址西侧100 m左右的L₁内采集石制品2件。石制品原料以角页岩为主,类型包括石核、石片、石器、断块等。与此同时,在沙女沟村东黄土台塬的S₁地层中发现多个类似的原地埋藏的石器地点,说明在末次间冰期丁村遗址群附近汾河东岸至大崮堆山之间的黄土塬区人类活动十分频繁,且持续较长时间。研究表明,洞门遗址是一个别于丁村遗址的河流相埋藏类型的临时营地,它的发现为进一步认识丁村人的活动范围、行为模式以及末次间冰期及末次冰期古人类活动提供了重要资料。     

Inhibition of ROS-Activated p38MAPK Pathway is Involved in the Protective Effect of H2S Against Chemical Hypoxia-Induced Inflammation in PC12 Cells

We have demonstrated the neuroprotection of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) against chemical hypoxia-induced injury by inhibiting p38MAPK pathway. The present study attempts to evaluate the effect of H₂S on chemical hypoxia-induced inflammation responses and its mechanisms in PC12 cells. We found that treatment of PC12 cells with cobalt chloride (CoCl₂, a hypoxia mimetic agent) enhanced IL-6 secretion, nitric oxide (NO) generation and expression levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS). L-canavanine, a selective iNOS inhibitor, partly blocked CoCl₂-induced cytotoxicity, apoptosis and mitochondrial insult. In addition, 7-Nitroindazole (7-NI), an inhibitor of nNOS, also partly attenuated the CoCl₂-induced cytotoxicity. The inhibition of p38MAPK by SB203580 (a selective p38MAPK inhibitor) or genetic silencing of p38MAPK by RNAi (Si-p38) depressed not only CoCl₂-induced iNOS expression, NO production, but also IL-6 secretion. In addition, N-acetyl-l-cysteine, a reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenger, conferred a similar protective effect of SB203580 or Si-p38 against CoCl₂-induced inflammatory responses. Importantly, pretreatment of PC12 cells with exogenous application of sodium hydrosulfide (a H₂S donor, 400 μmol/l) for 30 min before exposure to CoCl₂ markedly attenuated chemical hypoxia-stimulated iNOS and nNOS expression, NO generation and IL-6 secretion as well as p38MAPK phosphorylation in PC12 cells. Taken together, we demonstrated that p38MAPK-iNOS pathway contributes to chemical hypoxia-induced inflammation and that H₂S produces an anti-inflammatory effect in chemical hypoxia-stimulated PC12 cells, which may be partly due to inhibition of ROS-activated p38MAPK-iNOS pathway.     

生态环境移动数据采集系统研究与实现

针对快速、实时、有效采集并录入生态环境野外调查大样本量、多源数据的需求,充分应用移动GIS技术、移动智能终端、3G等现代信息技术优势,提出了基于ArcGIS for Mobile的移动数据采集方案,研究解决了包括系统运行机制、数据访问模式、移动数据库技术等面向全国生态环境野外调查的移动GIS关键技术,设计并研发野外调查移动数据采集系统。该系统采用C#和Java语言,以SQL Server 2008 为服务器端的数据库环境,在Microsoft Visual Studio 2008集成开发环境上实现设计开发,并在全国生态环境10年变化遥感调查与评估项目土地覆盖类型地面核查、生态系统参数野外观测等工作中予以应用。实践检验表明：该系统实现了野外调查数据的数字采集、智能校验、实时上传与有效管理,简化了填报程序,规范了填报内容,提高了工作效率,能够为生态环境相关的调查数据采集提供信息化支持。
