The lymphatic capillaries are firstly determined in fetuses at the age of 3-4 months in the oesophagus submucous lamina. In fetuses of 5-6 months of age transition of the lymphatic capillaries from the submucous lamina into the mucous membrane proper is noted. In fetuses of 6 months of age perivascular lymphatic capillaries and vessels appear. They form peculiar paths around arterioles, venules, arterial branches and venous tributaries. The lymphatic bed of the oesophageal wall is rather well developed in mature fetuses and newborns. In adult and old persons a partial reduction of the lymphatic bed in the oesophageal wall is observed. 相似文献

The analysis of meningococcal strains of different serogroups, isolated from the liquor of patients in Moscow, which was carried out with the method of multilocus sequencing-typing (MLST), was presented. At the periods of epidemic morbidity rises in Moscow the prevalence of group A meningococcal strains, belonging to subgroups III with sequence-types 5 (in the 1970s) and 7 (in 1996), was noted, and at a period between epidemics strains of genetic subgroups VI and X were isolated. Meningococcal strains, groups B and C, isolated in 1995 - 2002, had, as a rule, unique sequence-types, differing both one from another and from N. meningitidis sequence-types detected in other countries. Among group B meningococci the prevalence of strains belonging to clonal complex ST-18 was noted, while for group C meningococcci strains belonging to clonal complex ST-41/44 were most typical. Such genetic variability of circulating meningococci was regarded as characteristic of the period between epidemics, observed in Moscow since the end of the 1980s. 相似文献

High effectiveness of application of international standards for legionellosis laboratory diagnostics was confirmed during investigation of pneumonia outbreak in town Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Use of immunochromatographic method and enzyme immunoassay for detection of Legionella antigen in urine of patients allows to confirm diagnosis of Legionella infection during several hours, promptly begin etiologic antibacterial treatment and reveal possible sources of infection in potentially dangerous environmental objects. 相似文献

Background
Parathyroid hormone (PTH) and PTH-related peptide (PTHrP) belong to a family of endocrine factors that share a highly conserved N-terminal region (amino acids 1-34) and play key roles in calcium homeostasis, bone formation and skeletal development. Recently, PTH-like peptide (PTH-L) was identified in teleost fish raising questions about the evolution of these proteins. Although PTH and PTHrP have been intensively studied in mammals their function in other vertebrates is poorly documented. Amphibians and birds occupy unique phylogenetic positions, the former at the transition of aquatic to terrestrial life and the latter at the transition to homeothermy. Moreover, both organisms have characteristics indicative of a complex system in calcium regulation. This study investigated PTH family evolution in vertebrates with special emphasis on Xenopus and chicken. 相似文献9.
