It has been experimentally established that cultivation of yeast cells in depleted, dietary or normal nutrient aqueous solutions enriched with ortho-H2O spin isomers is accompanied by an increase in the amount of carbon dioxide produced by the cells and an increase in their biomass. It has been revealed that the rate of metabolic processes and biological activity depends on the quality of nutrition and enhances in time in both nutrient solutions. In contrast, the reproductive function and the rate of cell division are insusceptible to the components of nutrition, but intensified in a solution enriched with ortho-H2O similar to retardation of aging. The observed effects are discussed in assumption that an increase of a portion of ortho-H2O molecules occurs in the neighborhood of water channels in the cell membrane that let through only monomers of H2O and determine the rate vicinity of metabolic processes.  相似文献

Formulated and substantiated is a hypothesis of biocommunication based on the radiophysical principle of amplitude modulation of the carrier frequency provided the presence of resonant circuits in the transmitter-receiver devices. Coherent radiation of space OH masers (1.6–1.72 GHz) and ortho-H2O masers (22.3 GHz) incessantly irradiating the Earth is proposed in the capacity of a source of the carrier frequency during transmission of the emotional state “good-bad” or stress. The narrow lines discovered by us on rotational transitions of H2O and OH molecules in water and water solutions of biomolecules are considered as resonances of circuits for ensuring the selectivity of communication. Discussed is the possibility of ortho/para conversion of H2O spin isomers induced by weak electromagnetic fields.  相似文献

The effect of typhoid bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the primary and secondary response to sheep red blood cells was studied. LPS, injected simultaneously with the antigen, stimulated the synthesis of IgM and IgG, as well as the production of rosette-forming cells. When injected on days 2 and 3 after the secondary immunization, LPS induced the maximum stimulation of IgM, IgG and rosette-forming cells, while the injection of LPS prior to immunization induced immunosuppression which particularly affected IgG and rosette-forming cells.  相似文献

In this work the possibility of using microwaves for immunomodulation in the immunization of animals with thymus-independent antigen was studied. The projection zones of the thymus and adrenal glands of the test animals were subjected to the action of decimeter, or ultrahigh frequency (UHF), waves, while the corresponding zones of the control animals were subjected to imitation UHF irradiation. Vi-antigen was shown to be a thymus-independent antigen for rabbits (according to the results of the evaluation of the functional state of thymocytes, as manifested by the adsorption of acridine orange by the chromatin of thymocyte nuclei and by the content of RNA and DNA in the thymus). The action of UHF waves on the projection zone of the thymus was accompanied by a decrease in the glucocorticoid activity of the adrenal cortex, observed simultaneously with a pronounced immunostimulating effect. The UHF irradiation of the zone of the adrenal glands was accompanied by immunosuppression in combination with enhanced glucocorticoid activity of the adrenal cortex.  相似文献

The authors studied the influence of the DNA and RNA inhibitors on the formation of antibody-forming cell populations in induction of a secondary immunological response in vitro. Low concentrations of cytosine-arabinoside, the DNA synthesis inhibitor, increased the count of indirect hemolysin-forming and rosette-forming cells; its high concentrations depressed the secondary immunological response induction in the direct hemolysin-forming cell system more intensively than in the indirect cell system. Actinomycin D depressed the stimulation of secondary immunological response in vitro both in the systems of direct and indirect hemolysin-forming, and of rosette-forming cells.  相似文献

葡萄糖及脂肪酸是胰岛β细胞的关键代谢底物,葡萄糖刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素是维持机体血糖稳态平衡的关键。胰岛素抵抗发生时,β细胞对能量代谢底物的选择失调,加速胰岛β细胞由代偿到胰岛β细胞失代偿的进程,是肥胖胰岛素抵抗最终发展为2型糖尿病的始动因素。核转录因子FoxO1属于Fox家族成员,在胰腺内广泛表达,在β细胞的代谢,发育,增殖过程中发挥着重要的调节作用。鉴于FoxO1在维持胰岛β细胞功能中的关键作用,现着重对FoxO1在胰岛β细胞代谢灵活性受损及失代偿过程发生中的作用调节进行阐述。为其作为调控胰岛β细胞功能的关键靶点提供参考。  相似文献

A decrease in CFU of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria on the surface of UV illuminated TiO2 films (wavelength of 380 nm) is shown. A 29, 45, and 47% decrease in bacterial viability of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Escherichia coli, respectively, was seen after 12-min exposition. It was first discovered that the reuse of TiO2 films to test a bacterial suspension for viability removes UV-induced bactericidal activity. However, annealing of TiO2 at a temperature above 400°C restores the photoinduced bactericidal activity to its initial state.  相似文献

Four-photon coherent scattering of laser radiation was used to study the influence of DNA on the content of quasi-free ortho and para isomers of water molecules in its aqueous solution. It was shown that the concentration of quasi-free molecules that form the rotational spectrum of spin isomers increases considerably in the hydration shell of the DNA molecule as compared with pure water. The increase in the concentration of spin isomers occurs disproportionally. In the presence of DNA, the intensity of the rotational spectrum of ortho isomers is on the average much greater than that of para isomers. It was also demonstrated that the character of hydration and the ortho/para ratio change noticeably upon DNA denaturation, which may be evidence of changes in preferable solvation of DNA during its denaturation. The data obtained allowed us to assume that the stability of different biologically important states of macromolecules can be changed by varying the relative concentration of water spin isomers in solution.  相似文献
