Optical emission spectra from the microwave discharge plasma that is used to activate gas-phase deposition of carbon films are systematically investigated under various deposition conditions. The line emission intensities from CH and C2 radicals, which are responsible for the growth of the diamond and graphite phases, respectively, are studied as functions of the main macroparameters of the process. To find the relation between the features of the emission spectra and the composition of the films obtained, the films were examined using Raman spectroscopy and electron microscopy. It is shown that monitoring the relative intensities of the spectral lines can be used to obtain the desired type of film, in which case the state of the substrate surface and the presence of a catalyst on it also play an important role. Experiments on the deposition of carbon films in the pulsed regime of plasma excitation show the possibility of changing the phase composition of the film by varying both the pulse repetition rate and the off-duty factor. At the same average microwave power, the rate of film deposition in the pulsed regime of plasma excitation is lower than that in a continuous discharge; however, the growth rate of the graphite phase decreases insignificantly.  相似文献

The pH dependences of activities of homogenous hydrogenases of Thiocapsa roseopersicina and Desulfomicrobium baculatum in the reaction of hydrogen uptake in solution in the presence of benzyl viologen and the pH dependences of catalytic currents of hydrogen oxidation by electrodes on which these hydrogenases were immobilized were compared. Maximal activities of the hydrogenases from T. roseopersicina and D. baculatum in the reaction hydrogen uptake in solution were observed at pH 9.5 and 8.5, respectively. However, the steady-state current caused by catalytic uptake of hydrogen was maximal for the T. roseopersicina hydrogenase-containing electrode at pH 5.5-6.5 under overvoltage of 30-60 mV, whereas for electrodes with D. baculatum hydrogenase it was maximal at pH 6.0-6.5. Analysis of these data suggests that pH-dependent changes in the hydrogenase activities in solution during hydrogen uptake are due not only to the effect of proton concentration on the enzyme conformation or protonation of certain groups of the enzyme active center, but they are rather indicative of changes in free energy of the reaction accompanying changes in pH.  相似文献

The composition of microflora in different sections of the reproductive tract of women with disturbances of reproductive function was studied. The study revealed that the spectrum of microorganisms isolated from a bioptic specimen taken from the cavity of the small pelvis was narrower in comparison with such spectrum in material aspirated from the uterine cavity. The latter was narrower in comparison with that in the microflora of the lower sections of the reproductive tract. The possibility for one and the same patient to have both similarities and essential differences in the spectra of microflora in different sections of the reproductive tract was shown.  相似文献

A new type of plasma electron-emitting source capable of increasing the temperature of plasma electrons behind the edge of a stationary plasma thruster (SPT) to 7–15 eV has been developed and investigated experimentally. For the same parameters of the main discharge, the thrust, the thrust efficiency, the mass use factor, and the lifetime of the “SPT anode unit-plasma electron-emitting source” assembly are found to increase substantially as compared to a thruster equipped with a conventional cathode compensator. Simultaneously, the neutral particle pressure required for the existence of self-consistent distributions of the electric field and charged particle density in the drift space of the neutralized ion beam decreases appreciably. It is shown that the volume of the region in which primary slow ions are produced increases with increasing ionization frequency. Three additional channels for discharge control are implemented. The ranges in which the discharge parameters can be controlled are extended.  相似文献
