The Influence of gamma-radiation by dozes 1, 5, 10 and 20 kGy on enzyme activity of ordinary chemozem were studied. Dynamics of the restoration of the enzyme activity after the influence of gamma-radiation in model experiments in 3, 30, 90 and 180 days was investigated. The doze 1 kGy did no statistically significant influence on the investigated enzymes. Dehydrogenase is more radiosensitive enzyme than catalase. Values of the saccharase activity differed a significant variation so in most cases it has not been registered statistically significant changes. In 90-180 days of the incubation enzymes activity was restored up to control values. Dehydrogenase activity in 180 days in variants with dozes 10 and 20 kGy was restored up to a level of the control, over variants with dozes 1 and 5 kGy--is higher than the control over 78% and 23% accordingly. Saccharase activity in 180 days after the influence of gamma-radiation with a doze 20 kGy was on 61% lower than the control.  相似文献

In model experiments on influence variable magnetic fields of industrial frequency (50 Hz) an induction of 1500 and of 6000 mkTl and the constant magnetic field an induction of 6000 mkTl and of 15000 mkTl during 5 days of exposure on biological properties of chernozem ordinary is shown, that the soil microflora is more sensitive to magnetic fields, than enzymes activity. Bacteria are more sensitive, than microscopic mushrooms. Dehydrogenase it is steady against influence of all variants. Constant magnetic field by the induction of 15000 mkTl rendered practically identical authentic overwhelming influence on catalase and saccharase activity - on 51 and 47% accordingly.  相似文献

The Chemical Master Equation (CME) is a cornerstone of stochastic analysis and simulation of models of biochemical reaction networks. Yet direct solutions of the CME have remained elusive. Although several approaches overcome the infinite dimensional nature of the CME through projections or other means, a common feature of proposed approaches is their susceptibility to the curse of dimensionality, i.e. the exponential growth in memory and computational requirements in the number of problem dimensions. We present a novel approach that has the potential to “lift” this curse of dimensionality. The approach is based on the use of the recently proposed Quantized Tensor Train (QTT) formatted numerical linear algebra for the low parametric, numerical representation of tensors. The QTT decomposition admits both, algorithms for basic tensor arithmetics with complexity scaling linearly in the dimension (number of species) and sub-linearly in the mode size (maximum copy number), and a numerical tensor rounding procedure which is stable and quasi-optimal. We show how the CME can be represented in QTT format, then use the exponentially-converging -discontinuous Galerkin discretization in time to reduce the CME evolution problem to a set of QTT-structured linear equations to be solved at each time step using an algorithm based on Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG) methods from quantum chemistry. Our method automatically adapts the “basis” of the solution at every time step guaranteeing that it is large enough to capture the dynamics of interest but no larger than necessary, as this would increase the computational complexity. Our approach is demonstrated by applying it to three different examples from systems biology: independent birth-death process, an example of enzymatic futile cycle, and a stochastic switch model. The numerical results on these examples demonstrate that the proposed QTT method achieves dramatic speedups and several orders of magnitude storage savings over direct approaches.  相似文献

Multiphytoadaptogene (MPA) consists of plant extracts components including adaptogenes. Genotoxicity analysis revealed the antimutagenic activity of MPA. MPA decreased the direct mutations frequency in ADE4-ADE8 loci induced by UV radiation and nitrous acid by 3.7 and 33 times, respectively. The lethal effect of UV radiation was inhibited when the preparation preparation MFA was used on complete medium with ethanol. MPA had no effect on replicative mutagenesis. At the same time it depressed mutagenesis caused by repair errors. The data obtained suggest the antimutagenic activity of multiphytoadaptogene is associated with postreplicative repair activation.  相似文献

In model experiments, the influence of pharmaceutical antibiotics (benzylpenicillin, pharmazin, and nystatin) in different doses (100, 300, 450, and 600 mg/kg) on a number of microorganisms of the chernozem region has been studied. All the studied doses of antibiotics had reliable and overwhelming impacts on the amount of soil microorganisms. The time between a dose of antibiotics and a change in the number of microorganisms in the soil is shown to have a linear dependence. The studied groups of soil microorganisms in relation to pharmaceutical antibiotics showed a hierarchy of resistance (high concentration): Azotobacter > amylolytic bacteria > ammonifying bacteria > micromycetes.  相似文献

The adenylate cyclase activity and cyclic nucleotide content in excised human adrenal tumours (Icenko-Cushing syndrome) were determined. The experimental data were compared to those obtained for hyperplastic adrenals. All adrenal tumours under study revealed a decreased cAMP level, an increased cGMP level and a resulting decrease of the cAMP/cGMP ratio. In malignant adrenal tumours the adenylate cyclase activity was sharply increased in comparison with that in hyperplastic adrenals. In the majority of malignant tumours the adenylate cyclase response to ACTH was either altogether absent or sharply decreased. In benign adrenal tumours the basal activity of the enzyme was unchanged and the enzyme response to ACTH was essentially normal. The decrease of adenylate cyclase response to ACTH in malignant tumours is apparently not due to the impaired catalytic activity of the enzyme, since its response to stimulation by sodium fluoride remains unaffected. In some tumours (one malignant and two benign ones) a non-specific stimulation of adenylate cyclase by hormones, which are not natural activators of the enzyme was observed. It was assumed that these changes are due to the damage of hormonal receptors in adrenal tumours.  相似文献
