本文研究了云南省易门县海拔1600—1700m的云南松中幼龄林分的生物量。云南松林的生物量随林龄的增加而增加。4年生林分的总生物量为9.985吨/公顷,11年生林分为27.874吨/公顷,23年生林分为69.852吨/公顷。乔木层的器官生物量分配比例随林龄而变化。针叶和树皮的分配比例随林龄的增加而迅速下降;干材和根的比例则不断上升,其中以干材增加最快;树枝的分配比例以11年生林分最大,23年生林分次之,4年生林分最小。  相似文献

Holmsen, J. D. and Hess, F. D. 1985. Comparison of the disruptionof mitosis and cell plate formation in oat roots by DCPA, colchicineand propham.—J. exp. Bot. 36: 1504–1513. Concentrationsof DCPA, propham and colchicine were selected to cause from0% to greater than 60% inhibition of oat (Avena sativa L. ‘Victory’)root growth after 24 h exposure. Root growth progressively declinedas concentrations were raised from 1·0 to 5·6mmol m–3 DCPA, 1·0–5·0 mmol m–3propham, and 50–500 mmol m–3 colchicine. In additionto inhibiting root growth each mitotic disrupter caused theroot tips to swell to an extent dependent upon concentration.All three compounds effectively disrupted mitosis at concentrationsthat caused less than maximal root growth inhibition. Mitoticdisruption was manifest as a reduction in the number of normalmitotic figures and an increase in the number of condensed prophase,multipolar and anaphase bridge division figures. The frequencyof each type of division figure was different for each of thethree compounds. DCPA disrupted mitosis more effectively whencompared with propham and colchicine at concentrations whichcaused the same amount of root growth inhibition. Each mitoticdisrupter also induced the formation of aberrant cell walls.DCPA was the most effective at disrupting cell plate formation,whereas colchicine was least effective. A DNA ligase mutant of E. coli when infected with φX174 produces linear single strands which appear in an intracellular pool and in phage particles. The linear single strands, which are infectious in a spheroplast assay, seem to be a normal intermediate in progeny DNA synthesis.  相似文献

Calcium plays a crucial role in the normal and abnomal cell metabolism.The role of calcium in the differentiation process of murine erythroleukemia cells(MELC)remains controversial.Here,based upon quantitative measurement of fluorescence in single cells,a method was developed to investigate the intracellular free calcium[Ca^2 ]i concentration and DNA contents simultaneously,by employing the fluorescent probe,fluo-3 acetoxymethyl ester and DNA dye Hoechst 33342.During MELC differentiation.[Ca^2 ]i concentration incresed.We also demonstrated that calcium ionophore,A23187,enhanced the HMB-induced MELC differentiation,while verapamil,an inhibitor of calcuim uptake,slightly reduced differentiation.These results suggested that an increase in the [Ca^2 ]i level was an essential step in HMBA-induced MELC differentiation.  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to describe the simultaneous changes in endogenous levels of cytokinins, abscisic acid, indoleacetic acid and ethylene in detached, senescing tobacco (Nicotiana rustica L.) leaves. These measurements were related to changes in chlorophyll contents, 14CO2 fixation and proline contents — three parameters which have been considered to reflect senescence. Effects of exogenous hormonal treatments on these parameters, as well as on endogenous hormonal levels, provided further evidence for the interrelationships between hormones and for their roles in senescence. Starting with actively growing attached leaves and ending with well-advanced senescence in detached leaves, our data indicate a chronological sequence of three hormonal states: (a) cytokinins — high activity, abscisic acid, auxin and ethylene — low contents (actively growing, attached leaves); (b) cytokinins — low activity, abscisic acid — high, auxin and ethylene — low contents (apparent induction of senescence in detached leaves); and (c) cytokinins and abscisic acid — low, auxin and ethylene — high contents (senescence proper in detached leaves).  相似文献

采用白地霉2.498-47在以蛋白胨为氮源发酵时,只在开始pH3.2左右产生胞外蛋白,NH_4~+则无此限制,还有助于胞外多肽的产生。深红酵母2.280胞外蛋白的最大产率约在pH5.8;尿素作唯一氮源效果最好,与蛋白胨合并使用,可产胞外蛋白约800μg/ml。酵母膏对生长和产胞外蛋白很必要,不能用玉米浆和麦芽汁代替。用0.05N NaOH浸洗不同pH和氮源所培养的细胞都能浸出胞内蛋白,接近400μg/ml。发酵产生胞外蛋白自一日后开始,至二日接近最大量,以后逐渐减少。多肽产生起自第二日,五日未达到最大量。两株酵母菌都不表现蛋白酶活性,因此这个现象还不能解释。  相似文献

Glasshouse tests on the potato cultivars Majestic and Maris Bard measured the effects of single early foliar sprays of ring-substituted phenoxyacetic acids (0.9 × 10–3 M) on the incidence of potato common scab, caused by soil-borne Streptomyces scabies. The most effective compound was 3,5-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (3,5-D), which decreased scab by about 90%; its action was preventative, early sprays being more effective than late However, it slightly decreased yield, and increased the number of tubers per plant and the proportion of deformed tubers. The trichloro- and tetrachloro- acids containing the 3,5-dichloro- group also decreased scab, though to lesser extents; the most active of these was the 2,3,4,5-tetrachloro- acid, which had the same side effects as 3,5-D. The herbicide 2,4-D almost halved scab incidence, but seriously decreased yield. Other acids tested had little or no effect on scab. In tests against S. scabies in culture, 3,5-D was no more toxic than other disubstituted acids which were inactive, or weakly active, against the disease in vivo. 3,5-D may be an ‘antipathogenic agent’, preventing scab development by altering tuber metabolism.  相似文献

Severe diseases of pepper (Capsicum annuum), tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum), eggplant (Solanum melongena) and tomato eggplant (Solanum integrifolium) in West Africa were induced by pepper veinal mottle virus (PVMV). Five selected virus isolates were serologically similar and readily transmissible by aphids in the non-persistent manner, but they differed in host range and/or symptoms induced in some susceptible species. One isolate from eggplant failed to infect pepper, Chenopodium quinoa and C. amaranticolor, and induced only local infections in tomato. An isolate from tomato failed to infect eggplant, and an isolate from tomato eggplant induced severe stunting in Physalis floridana. The type strain, like the isolate from tomato, failed to infect Nicotiana tabacum systemically, but each caused severe systemic leaf and stem necrosis in tomato. None of the isolates infected S. melongena cv. Long Purple, suggesting that PVMV might be controlled in this and perhaps other crop species by the use of immune or tolerant cultivars. All five isolates were serologically related to potato virus Y and some to six of 12 other potyviruses.  相似文献
