In the human intraorganic nerves of the thoracic muscles amyelin fibers make 62% and myelin ones--38%. In transversal sections ultrastructure of the myelin and amyelin fibers varying in their diameters has been studied. In the myelin and amyelin fibers the amount of various organells is not equal: in the amyelin fibers the arrangement density of microtubules is greater than that of neurofilaments, there is a reverse dependence between the amount of the microtubules and the neurofilaments on the one hand, and the fibrilar diameter, on the other hand. In the myelin fibers with the increasing diameter, the amount of the neurofilaments increases, while that of the microtubules decreases. 相似文献

The m. extensor carpi radialis longus and m. flexor carpi in newborns are richly saturated in terminal sensitive apparatuses and are presented as peculiar reflexogenic zones. Quantity and topography of receptors in these zones are similar. In the present study we have synthesized esters of acyclovir (2–4) with cinnamic acids (p-coumaric, ferulic, and sinapic acids) and evaluated them for their antiviral and antioxidant potential. The antiviral activity of the newly synthesized compounds has been tested against human herpes virus 1 (HSV-1) in vitro. The results indicate that none of the synthesized compounds inhibits the tested virus strain. The antioxidant properties have been studied using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)* test. 相似文献

The Schmidt-Lanterman incisures are formed in the phase of "loose" myelin at 15-17 weeks of prenatal development with the formation of nodes of Ranvier. The formation of mature Schmidt-Lanterman incisure is completed in the second foetis period. Schmidt-Lanterman incisures distribution in nerve fibres of young men depends on fibre diameter. In the nerves of elderly people the distribution of the incisures in the internode doesn't depend on a fibre diameter. In the nerves of the elderly men the number of incisures is twice as much as that in the young people. The incisural ultrastructure in human nerve is similar to its structure in other mammals. 相似文献

АBSTRACTEsters of the antiherpetic drugs ganciclovir, penciclovir with the bile acids (cholic, chenodeoxycholic and deoxycholic) and amino acid esters of acyclovir were generated and evaluated for their in vitro antiviral activity against herpes simplex viruses type 1 and type 2 (HSV-1, HSV-2). The antiviral assays demonstrated that modified analogs of ACV and PCV are less active compared to the initial substances against HSV-1and HSV-2. CC50 for ganciclovir-deoxycholate corresponded to the CC50 of the other analogs and its activity is lower than ganciclovir. Obtained results show that tested modification do not improve bioavailability of nucleoside analogs in cells. 相似文献

Morphological studies of peripheral human nerves have shown that the number o of Schmidt-Lanterman incisures in an internode is proportional to the fibre diameter. Quantitative and ultrastructural examinations of incisures in the shoulder plexus nerves of the juvenile have proved some common features in the distribution and structure of incisures, characteristic for the nerves of both mammals and people. However, in all probability, in the peripheral nerves of man under certain condition there is a mechanism, leading to a sharp increase of the number of incisures in the internodal segment. 相似文献
