EEG waves phase relations in the sensorimotor and visual cortical areas were studied in 12 rabbits before and during a motor reaction in response to light stimulation. Phase relations in the background activity were characterized by a considerable dispersion (from 26 to 45 degrees). Light stimulation increased the quantity of synphasic EEG oscillations in adjacent cortical points and stabilized the phase shift between EEG waves in the sensorimotor and visual cortical areas. Motor reactions of rabbits to light occurred when theta-rhythm with the most constant phase shift was observed in the EEG of these areas.  相似文献

Phase shifts of cortical potentials were studied in rabbits before and during photic stimulation and their importance for irradiation of excitation from the visual to the motor area was examined. Both before and during stimulation variations in phase relationships of various kinds were observed. In most cases, however, with an increase in distance between the electrodes, the phase shift of the theta-waves gradually increased. Most motor responses of the rabbits took place in the presence of a marked phase shift gradient. It is suggested that the state of the brain in which a spatial phase shift gradient of the theta-waves is recorded in the EEG is the optimal condition for realization of the motor response. Photic stimulation increases the number of in-phase waves in the EEG recorded from closely situated points and it reduces scatter of the phase shift values between components of the sensomotor and visual cortical EEG, i.e., it leads to an increase in coherence. A study was made on 23 rabbits of the degree of spatial synchronization in response to repeated electrical stimulations of one or simultaneously two cortical areas: the sensorimotor or visual, or simultaneously the sensorimotor and visual, or sensorimotor and precentral respectively. Enhancement of the synchronization induced by the stimulation, globally spread over the entire cortex and was followed by its decrease. However, in the two directly stimulated areas of the cortex, the similarity of bioelectrical oscillations persisted for a long time, which testifies to the establishment of selective relations between them.  相似文献

The influence of scopolamine (1 mg/kg, i.p.) on the spatial organization of the neocortical electrical activity was studied in rats. A decrease in the spectral power and coherence of brain potentials in the range of the dominant theta-rhythm peak (6.00-7.25 Hz) and their increase in the adjacent low-frequency band were observed. Both indices were decreased in the wide beta band (19.00-30.00 Hz). The described changes took place over the whole areas of the right hemisphere and parieto-temporal region of the left hemisphere. The obtained results are discussed with respect to the role of the cholinergic brain system in the higher nervous activity.  相似文献

The possibility of using the PCR with arbitrary primers to mark Vrn genes, Vrn3 in particular, was investigated. RAPD-analysis of DNA of near isogenic lines on Vrn1, Vrn2 and Vrn3 loci in genefone of four varieties of winter wheat were carried out. Monogenic dominant lines by Vrn3 locus possessed 657 b.p. polymorphic DNA fragment. The possibility of using this polymorphic DNA amplicon as a molecular marker was confirmed by results of RAPD-analysis of DNA of some commercial wheat varieties of different ecological-geographic origin possessing dominant Vrn3 alleles, as well as by RAPD-analysis of F2 population from cross of monogenic Vrn3 dominant spring line with its recurrent parent--winter wheat variety Mironovskaya 808. The results of RAPD are comparable with hybridological analysis data concerning type of development of plants from F2 population.  相似文献

It was previously shown that the catalytic subunit of the plant toxin viscumin induces aggregation of small unilamellar liposomes and this process is inhibited by the mab_TA7 monoclonal antibody produced to the denatured catalytic subunit of viscumin (Agapov, I.I. et al., FEBS Lett., 1999, vol. 464, pp. 63-66). The interaction of the synthetic F101-T105 and A96-T105 fragments of the viscumin catalytic subunit with the mab_TA7 monoclonal antibody was studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The results of this study demonstrated that only the A96-T105 fragment is capable of binding to mab_TA7. A nuclear Overhauser effect observed in the antigen-antibody complex and registered on the resonances of the free peptide and exchanging between the free state and the antibody-bound state was analyzed; the mab_TA7 antigen determinant (H99-T105) was identified; and its conformation and orientation within the complex with the antibody were determined. Serpins are the superfamily of serine and cysteine protease inhibitors (SERine Protease Inhibitors) acting by an irreversible suicide mechanism. A novel serpin from hepatopancreas of red king crab (Paralithosed camtschaticus) was isolated and its effect on the process of human blood plasma coagulation was investigated. The investigated serpin exhibited a significant anticoagulant effect, which dramatically increased in the combination with heparin. The study of the crab serpin on C1s (C1 esterase) revealed its competition with the C1 inhibitor from blood plasma. Although the inhibitor weakly influenced thrombin activity, inhibition constant for C1s was (2.02 ± 0.71) 10−7 M. Unlike the C1 inhibitor the novel red king crab serpin does not inhibit fibrinolysis but inhibits blood coagulation. This creates certain clinical perspectives.  相似文献
