Excretory azoospermia, or rather some of its anatomoclinical forms, represents a new indication of IVF using epididymal semen are reported (our overall statistics concerns 15 attempts). Practical applications of the method are discussed.     

Studies of the meiotic behavior of a translocation t(10;13)(q25;q11) in an oligospermic man

Summary An new type of translocation, t(10;13)(q25;q11), is observed in a phenotypically normal male who was examined for subfertility. The meiotic behavior of the rearranged chromosomes indicates that crossing-over is very frequent in a rather small segment such as the short arm of chromosome 13 and constant in the distal band of the long arm of chromosome 10.     

Paläogene Eischalenreste von Hainin (Belgien)

From Paleocene deposits from Belgium fossil egg shells of turtles are reported. A systematically not interpretable form(Testudinarum ovum) is described, together withHaininchelys curiosa n. g. n. sp. as a new genus organus for fossil eggs. Egg shells from Dinosauna, Aves, Testudines, Crocodylia and Squamata are discussed for comparison.
