水稻种衣剂对秧苗生理生化及叶绿素荧光参数的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以‘深两优5814’水稻种子为试验材料,用2.5%吡·咪、3%恶·咪、锐胜和适乐时分别包衣种子,测定水稻幼苗抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量、GSH含量、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数,探讨种衣剂对幼苗的胁迫机理,为种衣剂的安全高效应用提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)种衣剂能提高水稻幼苗的抗氧化酶活性,播种后14d,2.5%吡·咪和锐胜处理组叶片的SOD活性上升,3%恶·咪处理组叶片的POD活性上升;播种后22d,2.5%吡·咪和3%恶·咪处理组叶片的CAT活性上升;播种后26d,锐胜和适乐时处理组叶片的CAT活性上升;2.5%吡·咪和3%恶·咪显著提高了播种后22d叶片的MDA含量。4种种衣剂均能提升幼苗叶片GSH含量,并以3%恶·咪的提升效果最为明显。(2)4种种衣剂均能降低叶绿素含量,但随培养时间的延长叶片内叶绿素含量逐渐恢复到正常水平。(3)4种种衣剂对水稻叶片最大光化学效率φPo无显著影响,吸光性能指数PIABS值也未呈下降趋势,比活性参数ABS/CSM值随培养时间的延长出现下降趋势,其中以3%恶·咪处理组下降最为明显;同时,3%恶·咪处理组叶片的热耗散DIo/CSM值也显著高于对照。研究认为,各种衣剂对水稻幼苗生长造成了一定的胁迫,但水稻自身防御体系能有效缓解农药胁迫作用,种衣剂的使用处于安全水平,但3%恶·咪的胁迫较严重,使用效果较差。  相似文献

Studies were undertaken to evaluate the effects of mechanical impedance on root exudation by maize (Zea mays L., var Dea) and to examine the importance of these effects in relation to the stage of plant development. Plants were grown under sterile and hydroponic conditions. Mechanical impedance was simulated using glass beads of 1 mm diameter. This treatment was compared with a control without beads. Results demonstrated that plant growth was influenced by mechanical impedance. Mechanical impedance markedly affected the growth of the shoot, whether this was measured as leaf area or total dry matter. Besides increasing root/shoot biomass ratios, mechanical impedances also stimulated root exudation of organic and inorganic compounds. Stressed plants lost more nitrogenous compounds than control plants. Otherwise, the percentage of released carbon decreased. Depending on the developmental stage of the plant, there was a large variation in the magnitude and time course on mechanical impedance effects. The effects of mechanical impedance persist and accentuate with time.  相似文献

采用营养液培养方法,研究外源NO供体(硝普钠,SNP)对缺铁和硝酸盐胁迫番茄幼苗生长、养分吸收及抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明: 处理7 d后,缺铁使番茄幼苗生长受到抑制,叶绿素a、b、类萝卜素含量显著降低,出现明显失绿症状;降低叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,电解质渗漏率、丙二醛含量明显增加,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量变化不显著,幼苗叶片和根中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe含量比对照处理有不同程度的减少.硝酸盐和缺铁双重胁迫对番茄幼苗生长抑制加剧,叶绿素a、b、类萝卜素含量、SOD、POD和CAT活性显著降低,电解质渗漏率、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛含量明显增加;番茄幼苗叶片和根中N、P、Mg、Fe含量显著减少,而K、Ca含量显著增加. 与不添加处理相比,添加0.1 mmol·L-1 SNP处理使胁迫番茄幼苗的生长抑制明显缓解.添加0.1 mmol·L-1 SF(亚铁氰化钠)的处理在SOD、POD和CAT等指标上也表现出一定程度的缓解或促进作用,但其他生理指标没有表现出缓解或促进作用,原因是SF中也含有铁离子.  相似文献

H2O2预处理可提高玉米幼苗的耐冷性及其体内钙调素(CaM)活性。阻断胞内Ca2 库的动员(钌红处理)、降低细胞中Ca2 水平(EGTA处理)及抑制CaM活性(TFP和CPZ处理)均可完全消除H2O2诱导的玉米幼苗的耐冷性。阻止胞外Ca2 跨膜进入胞内(La3 处理)并不抑制、甚至还能轻微地提高H2O2诱导的耐冷性。高Ca2 (20mmol.L^-1)处理削弱H2O2诱导的耐冷性。这些结果表明,CaM及胞内Ca2 库在H2O2诱导的玉米幼苗耐冷性的形成过程中起重要作用,而质外体中高浓度Ca2 和跨膜进入胞内会削弱H2O2诱导的耐冷性。  相似文献

The effect of boron availability on the content of fatty acids (FA) in the total lipids of needles was investigated in two-year-old seedlings of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.). The study was conducted in the forest nursery on the soil deficient in boron. Various rates of boric acid (0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 1, 3, and 10 g/m2) were applied to soil three times throughout the growth period. When pine seedlings were supplied with extra boron, the lipid content of the seedling needles declined. The optimal boron supply elevated the content of saturated FA in total needle lipids mostly at the expense of palmitic acid, with a corresponding decline in the level of unsaturated FA and unsaturation index of FA owing to trienoic FA (mainly linolenic and hexadecatrienoic acids). At the same time, the level of monoenoic and to a lesser degree dienoic acids increased. When boron supply of the seedlings was not optimal, the content of unsaturated and low-molecular FA increased.  相似文献

Two main strategies allow plants to deal with submergence: (i) escape from below water by means of shoot elongation, or (ii) remaining quiescent under the water until water subsides and then resume growth. We investigated these strategies in seedlings of Lotus japonicus, L. corniculatus and L. tenuis subjected to control and submergence for 12 days, with a subsequent 30-day recovery period. All three species survived submergence but used different strategies. Submerged seedlings of L. japonicus exhibited an escape strategy (emerging from water) as a result of preferential carbon allocation towards shoot mass and lengthening, in detriment to root growth. In contrast, seedlings of L. corniculatus and L. tenuis became quiescent, with no biomass accumulation, no new unfolding of leaves and no shoot elongation. Upon de-submergence, seedlings of L. japonicus had the lowest recovery growth (a biomass and shoot height 58% and 40% less than controls, respectively), L. corniculatus was intermediate and L. tenuis showed the greatest recovery growth. Previously submerged seedlings of L. tenuis did not differ from their controls, either in final shoot biomass or shoot height. Thus, for the studied species, quiescence appears to be an adequate strategy for tolerance of short-term (i.e., 12 days) complete submergence, being consistent with field observations of L. tenuis colonisation of flood-prone environments.  相似文献

An investigation was carried out of the composition of metabolites in pine seedlings tissues at the initial stages of the infectious process caused by pathogenic fungi Armillaria ostoyae, which causes a root rot of trees and degradation of forest resources. With the help of successive extraction with organic solvents of different polarity, more than 190 metabolites were extracted from the needles and roots of the seedlings and then identified by GC–MS method. The composition of the extracts from control plants and those inoculated with Armillaria ostoyae were compared. It was established that part of secondary metabolites (glucosamines and free amino acids, carbohydrates raffinose and trehalose) were present only in the tissues of inoculated plants. Possible roles of some of these compounds appearing in the roots of seedlings infected with the fungus are also discussed in the paper.  相似文献

研究了水杨酸(SA)和茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)处理对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)幼苗叶片显微结构、叶片光合能力及幼苗中非结构糖积累的影响.结果显示:SA处理增加了丹参幼苗叶片气孔密度;叶肉细胞排列紧密、体积减小,叶肉细胞内叶绿体数目减少,但叶绿体体积增大,叶绿体基粒片层结构的数目增加;叶片中叶绿素a、b含量、叶气孔导度、蒸腾速率以及净光合速率均增加;同时,幼苗根中和叶片中酸性转化酶活性降低,幼苗地上部分蔗糖含量及可溶性糖总量显著高于对照.MeJA处理减少了叶片气孔密度,气孔发育畸形;叶肉细胞间隙增大,栅栏细胞层数减少,叶肉细胞内叶绿体数目减少,叶绿体体积减小,叶绿体基粒片层结构被破坏;叶片中叶绿素a及类胡萝卜素含量、叶片的净光合速率低于对照,叶气孔导度、蒸腾速率增强;同时,幼苗根中及叶中酸性转化酶活性增加,幼苗根中蔗糖含量及可溶性糖总量显著低于对照.可见,SA处理能促进植物叶片显微结构发育,增强叶片光合能力,抑制蔗糖降解并促进蔗糖积累;而MeJA处理则破坏了植物叶片显微结构,降低了叶片光合能力,促进了蔗糖降解并减少蔗糖积累.  相似文献

A quantitative triterpene analysis was made of latex stem tissue of Euphorbia lathyris. Young plants seedlings of E. lathyris were incubated with various labelled precursors. Incorporation into triterpenes was obtained from [2-14C]mevalonic acid, [1-14C]acetate, [3-14C]pyruvate, [U-14C]sucrose, [U-14C]glucose, [U-14C]xylose, [U-14C]glyoxylate, [2,3-14C]succinic acid, [1-14C]glycerol [U-14C]serine. Both sugars tyrosine appeared to be effective precursors in DOPA synthesis inside the laticifers. Exogenously supplied mevalonic acid was only involved in triterpene synthesis outside the laticifers. GC-RC of triterpenes synthesized from [U-14C]glucose revealed the origin of these compounds in the latex. The labelled triterpenes obtained after incorporation of the other mentioned labelled precursors were only partly synthesized in the laticifers. For quantitative data on latex triterpene synthesis seedlings were incubated with [U-14C]sucrose, [U-14C]glucose, [U-14C]xylose [1-14C]acetate in the presence of increasing amounts of unlabelled substrate. From the amount of 14C incorporated into the triterpenes the amount of substrate directly involved in triterpene synthesis was calculated, as was the absolute triterpene yield. Sucrose showed the highest triterpene yield, equivalent to the daily increase of the triterpene content of growing seedlings. The possible significance of the other precursors in triterpene synthesis in the laticifers is discussed.  相似文献
