Permethylated C-glycosylflavones give well defined MS, including in all cases an important molecular peak. The observed fragmentations are characteristic for the nature and position of the sugar. The 6-C and 8-C glycosylated derivatives are clearly differentiated. In dissymmetrical 6,8-di-C-glycosylflavones, the natures of the sugar in both the 6- and 8- positions can be determined. The structures of several natural compounds are discussed.  相似文献

氮磷钾配比施肥对广金钱草产量及质量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
测定了不同氮磷钾配施条件下广金钱草的株高、地径、种子产量、药材干重及夏佛塔苷含量。结果表明:施肥组生长状况及产量与不施肥组具有极显著差异,其中单施钾肥30g·m-2的广金钱草株高及药材干重最高,分别为174.04cm、94.50g;单施氮肥40g·m-2地径最粗,达到16.79mm;施氮、磷肥各80g·m-2,钾肥30g·m-2种子产量最高,增产率达到179.30%;施氮肥40g·m-2,磷肥80g·m-2,钾肥80g·m-2夏佛塔苷含量最高,达到0.175%。由此可知氮磷钾的合理配施能够促进广金钱草的生长并提高产量,同时影响夏佛塔苷的积累。以株高、地径、种子产量、药材干重、夏佛塔苷含量为评价标准。根据氮磷钾肥料多元二次曲线回归方程数学模型计算结果,得出氮最佳施肥量:42.4~64.5g·m-2,磷:49.5~59.0g·m-2,钾:30.0~41.0g·m-2。氮磷钾最佳施肥组合为N∶P∶K=5.4∶5.5∶3.7。  相似文献

Leaf flavonoids have been identified in seven species ofTriticum, all of which have been considered at one time as putative parents of the cultivated tetraploid and hexaploid wheats. The major constituents are apigenin- and luteolin-based glycosylflavones, some of which contain various O-glycosidic attachments at the 6-position. Four tricin glycosides are present in minor amount, as is free tricin. The flavonoid patterns link togetherT. searsii, T. speltoides andT. squarrosa, on the one hand, andT. monococcum, T. boeoticum, T. thaoudar andT. urartu, on the other. These results indicate that the first three taxa are more likely to be diploid ancestors to the hexaploidT. aestivum than the latter four species.  相似文献

Costus spiralis, a plant used in traditional Brazilian medicine for the treatment of complications in diabetes, was investigated. Assay of hexane, ethyl acetate, methanol, and aqueous fractions obtained by partition of a crude methanol extract of dried leaves of C. spiralis revealed that AGI activity was confined to the ethyl acetate fraction. Purification of this fraction yielded schaftoside and isoschaftoside. The AGI activities of the two flavones were lower than, but comparable with, that of the anti‐diabetic drug acarbose. In contrast, the IC50 value of the ethyl acetate fraction was 1.95‐, 2.34‐, and 2.22‐fold higher than those of acarbose, schaftoside, and isoschaftoside, respectively. The results demonstrate for the first time that schaftoside and isoschaftoside are responsible, in part, for the AGI activity of C. spiralis. Our study suggests that further investigations into C. spiralis may lead to the discovery of additional compounds with antihyperglycemic activity.  相似文献

Evidence based on flavonoid constituents is cited in support of the existence of two species in the genus Hymenophyton, H. flabellatum and H. leptopodum. A number of apigenin 6,8-di-C-pentosides and pentoside-hexosides are common to both species but the proposed additional species, H. leptopodum, is distinguished from H. flabellatum by the presence of kaempferol di- and triglycosides. This is the first detailed study of the flavonoid chemistry of any member of the order Metzgeriales and the significance of the findings is discussed.  相似文献

Six di-C-glycosylflavones isolated from Lespedeza capitata leaves were identified as schaftoside, neoschaftoside, isoschaftoside, carlinoside, neocarlinoside and a new natural compound: isocarlinoside (6-C-α-l-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-β-d-glucopyranosylluteolin).  相似文献
