The essential oils isolated from fresh aerial parts of Ballota macedonica (two populations) and Ballota nigra ssp. foetida were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Eighty five components were identified in total; 60 components in B. macedonica oil (population from the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), 34 components in B. macedonica oil (population from the Republic of Serbia), and 33 components in the oil of B. nigra ssp. foetida accounting for 93.9%, 98.4%, and 95.8% of the total oils, respectively. The most abundant components in B. macedonica oils were carotol (13.7 – 52.1%), germacrene D (8.6 – 24.6%), and (E)‐caryophyllene (6.5 – 16.5%), while B. nigra ssp. foetida oil was dominated by (E)‐phytol (56.9%), germacrene D (10.0%), and (E)‐caryophyllene (4.7%). Multivariate statistical analyses (agglomerative hierarchical cluster analysis and principal component analysis) were used to compare and discuss relationships among Ballota species examined so far based on their volatile profiles. The chemical compositions of B. macedonica essential oils are reported for the first time.  相似文献

溶磷性大豆根瘤内生菌的筛选、抗性及系统发育和促生   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
对采自河南省不同地区的大豆根瘤进行内生菌分离纯化、溶磷性筛选试验。根据能否产生溶磷圈及溶磷圈直径(D)、菌落直径(d)和D/d值大小确定菌株溶磷能力,采用钼锑抗比色法测定培养液中有效磷含量;平板筛选法对筛选菌株进行耐盐性、耐酸碱、重金属等抗性测定,并对筛选菌株进行理化特性、16S r DNA、rec A序列和系统发育分析。结果表明,从分离纯化的324株内生菌中筛选出36株具有溶磷特性,其中20株有较强溶磷性。菌株DD291发酵液中可溶性磷含量最高(452 mg/L),发酵液p H与对照相比均有不同程度下降,最大降幅达2.92。大部分溶磷性内生菌具有较强耐盐碱性,对Pb2+、Cr6+和Cu2+有较高耐受性,对Ni2+和Hg2+抗性较弱。结合细胞形态、生理生化、16S r DNA、rec A序列和系统发育分析结果,菌株确定为Bacillus cereus,Enterobacter cancerogenus,E.cloacae和Pseudomonas putida。部分溶磷菌株对大豆的生长有促进作用,显示出潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

以8个敏感菌株作为指示菌,采用管碟法对分离自湛江硇洲岛(20°52′N~20°56′N,110°33′E~110°38′E)潮汐带香港巨牡蛎(Crassostrea hongkongensis)中的72株细菌的发酵液进行抗菌筛选,并对阳性菌株进行基因组DNA提取、16S rRNA基因PCR扩增和序列测定,继而进行系统发育分析。抗菌实验结果表明,受试菌株中有23株菌的发酵产物具有抗菌活性(阳性率31.9%),其中有5个菌株(JSM 111024、JSM 111027、JSM 111029、JSM 111076、JSM 111083)具有较强的抗菌活性。基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析表明,这23株菌具有较高的类群多样性和物种多样性,属于3个系统发育群/门(Alpha Proteobacteria、Gamma Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes)中的8个科(Aeromonadaceae、Flavobacteriaceae、Halomonadaceae、Idiomarinaceae、Phyllobacteriaceae、Pseudoalteromonadaceae、Shewanellaceae、Xanthomonadaceae)的8个属(Idiomarina、Halomonas、Myroides、Nitratireductor、Oceanimonas、Pseudoalteromonas、Shewanella、Wohlfahrtiimonas),可分为11个物种。优势类群为Gamma Proteobacteria亚门(14株),其中优势属为Oceanimonas属(6株);第二大类群为Bacteroidetes门(7株),都属于Flavobacteriaceae科的Myroides属。具有较强抗菌活性的5个菌株中,有4个菌株(JSM 111024、JSM 111027、JSM 111029、JSM 111083)属于Alpha Proteobacteria 亚门Phyllobacteriaceae科〖WTBX〗Oceanimonas属,而菌株JSM 111076属于Gamma Proteobacteria 亚门Aeromonadaceae科Nitratireductor属。  相似文献

Identifying geographical areas with the greatest representation of the tree of life is an important goal for the management and conservation of biodiversity. While there are methods available for using a single phylogenetic tree to assess spatial patterns of biodiversity, there has been limited exploration of how separate phylogenies from multiple taxonomic groups can be used jointly to map diversity and endemism. Here, we demonstrate how to apply different phylogenetic approaches to assess biodiversity across multiple taxonomic groups. We map spatial patterns of phylogenetic diversity/endemism to identify concordant areas with the greatest representation of biodiversity across multiple taxa and demonstrate the approach by applying it to the Murray–Darling basin region of southeastern Australia. The areas with significant centers of phylogenetic diversity and endemism were distributed differently for the five taxonomic groups studied (plant genera, fish, tree frogs, acacias, and eucalypts); no strong shared patterns across all five groups emerged. However, congruence was apparent between some groups in some parts of the basin. The northern region of the basin emerges from the analysis as a priority area for future conservation initiatives focused on eucalypts and tree frogs. The southern region is particularly important for conservation of the evolutionary heritage of plants and fishes.  相似文献

Ribosomal DNA (rDNA) copy number variation (CNV) has major physiological implications for all organisms, but how it varies for fungi, an ecologically ubiquitous and important group of microorganisms, has yet to be systemically investigated. Here, we examine rDNA CNV using an in silico read depth approach for 91 fungal taxa with sequenced genomes and assess copy number conservation across phylogenetic scales and ecological lifestyles. rDNA copy number varied considerably across fungi, ranging from an estimated 14 to 1,442 copies (mean = 113, median = 82), and copy number similarity was inversely correlated with phylogenetic distance. No correlations were found between rDNA CNV and fungal trophic mode, ecological guild or genome size. Taken together, these results show that like other microorganisms, fungi exhibit substantial variation in rDNA copy number, which is linked to their phylogeny in a scale‐dependent manner.  相似文献

In 2006–2007, an unusually high number of harbor porpoises (Phocoena phocoena) stranded along the Washington and Oregon coastlines. Spatiotemporal analyses were used to examine their ability to detect clusters of porpoise strandings during an unusual mortality event (UME) in the Pacific Northwest using stranding location data. Strandings were evaluated as two separate populations, outer coast and inland waters. The presence of global clustering was evaluated using the Knox spatiotemporal test, and the presence of local clusters was investigated using a spatiotemporal scan statistic (space–time permutation). There was evidence of global clustering, but no local clustering, supporting the hypothesis that strandings were due to more varied etiologies instead of localized causes. Further analyses at subregional levels, and concurrently assessing environmental factors, might reveal additional geographic distribution patterns. This article describes the spatial analytical tools applied in this study and how they can help elucidate the spatiotemporal epidemiology of other UMEs and assist in determining their causes. More than one spatial analytical technique should be used if the study objective is to detect and describe clustering in time and space and to generate hypotheses regarding causation of marine mammal disease and stranding events.  相似文献

一株氯氰菊酯降解菌16SrDNA,gyrB和GyrB的系统发育分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从农药厂污水处理池中分离得到一株氯氰菊酯降解菌,在30℃,pH7.0的条件下,无机盐培养基中100mg/L的氯氰菊酯,经过7.5天,能够降解大约52.3%,外加碳源能够明显提高其降解性能。生理生化实验结合16SrDNA,册诏和GyrB的系统发育分析,将其归为Gordonia菌属。在16SrDNA水平上,其与G.amicalis DSM44461和G.hydrophobica DSM44015^T的相似值最高,为98.1%;而在gyrB和GyrB水平上,其与G.hydrophobica JCM10086的相似值最高,分别为86.8%和91,1%。通过对所构建的系统发育树进行评估,表明16SrDNA序列适用于将分离菌株鉴定到属的水平上,而gyrB和GyrB更适用于在属内种的水平上进行系统发育的分析。  相似文献

普通烟草LBD基因家族的全基因组序列鉴定与表达分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
LBD是一类具有LOB(lateral organ boundaries)结构域的基因家族,在植物发育过程中起到非常重要的作用。采用生物信息学方法,根据拟南芥LBD基因序列鉴定了普通烟草基因组中的LBD基因,并对家族成员进行了序列特征、系统发育和表达谱分析。结果表明:普通烟草基因组中共有98个LBD基因成员,其基因结构相对简单,一般含有1~3个外显子。LBD基因家族可分成I和II两大类,两类均含有CX_2CX_6CX_3C保守结构域,但II类不含有LX_6LX_3LX_6L形成的"卷曲螺旋"二级结构,根据与拟南芥LBD蛋白构建的系统发育树则可细分成5个亚家族(Ia、Ib、Ic、Id和II)。将LBD基因与表达序列标签(EST)比对,发现36个基因有EST证据;EST、芯片数据和转录组数据分析表明:LBD基因具有不同的组织表达模式,部分基因表现出组织特异性。这些研究结果为普通烟草LBD基因家族功能的深入研究奠定了基础。  相似文献
