蓝藻水华预报是应对水危机,保障水资源供给的一项重要工作。以太湖北部三湾(竺山湖、梅梁湾、贡湖)为研究对象,采用动态空间环境建模技术,构建了蓝藻水华预报模型,并通过实地观测建立了模拟的初始参数集。利用2008年04-09月太湖水环境、气象等实测数据,采用遗传算法优化叶绿素a浓度预报模型中敏感度较高的4个参数。研究结果表明,该模型在蓝藻水华空间分布的预报上达到了一定的精度;采用遗传算法能全面、高效地进行参数优化,降低了模拟结果的相对残差,提高了模型预报精度。  相似文献

Summary Nitrogen mineralization from long term incubation experiments with dried loess soils from southern Lower Saxony has been split by an optimization procedure into three contributing fractions: one from the resistant organic material (index rpm), another from decomposable plant residues (index dpm), and a third one from autolyzing microbial biomass (index bom). The nitrogen contents at the end of February averages 650 kg nitrogen per hectare and the 30 cm arable layer for the rpm, 30 to 50 kg N/ha for the dpm and about 65 kg N/ha for microbial biomass. The corresponding mean reaction coefficients at 35°C are .0058, .16 and about .35 per day, respectively. A rough approximation of the temperature dependence of the reaction coefficients has also been estimated.This paper was presented in part at the 1981 Congress of the German Soil Science Society held in Berlin, and at a colloquium at the Institute of Soil Chemistry, Pisa, Italy, Oct. 19th, 1981; nothing of it has been published before, however.  相似文献

生态过程模型建立在明确的机理之上,能够较好地模拟陆地生态系统的行为和特征,但模型众多的参数,成为模型具体应用的瓶颈。本文以Biome-BGC模型为例,采用模拟退火算法,对其生理、生态参数进行优化。在优化过程中,先对待优化参数进行了选择,然后采取逐步优化的方法进行优化。结果表明,使用优化后的参数,模型模拟结果与实际观测更为接近,参数优化能有效地降低模型模拟的不确定性。文中参数优化的过程和方法,可为生态模型的参数识别和优化提供一种实例和思路,有助于生态模型应用区域的扩展。  相似文献

对香蕉果实冻干生产工艺中的物料厚度、冻结方法、加热板温度、干燥室真空度等参数进行比较试验,结果表明,各过程参数对香蕉冻干品质量和产量均有显著的影响。香蕉冻干过程中参数较佳的工艺条件建议为物料厚度选取5~7mm,采用速冻方法冻结,加热板温度设定45℃,干燥室真空度控制于20—30Pa。  相似文献

The NDDO semiempirical methods MNDO, AM1, and PM3 have been extended to all the remaining non-radioactive elements of the main group, excluding the noble gases. Most of the new elements are of Groups I and II. 44 sets of parameters are presented for the following methods and elements. MNDO: Na, Mg, K, Ca, Ga, As, Se, Rb, Sr, In, Sb, Te, Cs, Ba, Tl, and Bi; AM1: Li, Be, Na, Mg, K, Ca, Ga, As, Se, Rb, Sr, In, Sn, Sb, Te, Cs, Ba, Tl, Pb, and Bi; PM3: B, Na, K, Ca, Rb, Sr, Cs, and Ba. A question central to sensory processing is how signal information is encoded and processed by single neurons. Stimulus features can be represented through rate coding (via firing rate), temporal coding (via firing synchronization to temporal periodicities), or temporal encoding (via intricate patterns of spike trains). Of the three, examples of temporal encoding are the least documented. One region in which temporal encoding is currently being explored is the auditory midbrain. Midbrain neurons in the plainfin midshipman generate different interspike interval (ISI) distributions depending on the frequencies of the concurrent vocal signals. However, these distributions differ only along certain lengths of ISIs, so that any neurons trying to distinguish the distributions would have to respond selectively to specific ISI ranges. We used this empirical observation as a realistic challenge with which to explore the plausibility of ISI-tuned neurons that could validate this form of temporal encoding. The resulting modeled cells—point neurons optimized through multidimensional searching—were successfully tuned to discriminate patterns in specific ranges of ISIs. Achieving this task, particularly with simplified neurons, strengthens the credibility of ISI coding in the brain and lends credence to its role in auditory processing.  相似文献

The phosphoprotein gene of vesicular stomatitis virus, a Rhabdovirus, has been inserted into bacterial expression plasmids containing the Escherichia coli tac promoter and ribosome binding site (RBS). A low level of expression of the protein was detected. Sequence analysis showed the presence of 15 nucleotides in the spacer region i.e., between the Shine-Dalgarno sequence and ATG. Alteration of the distance and the sequence in the spacer region by oligonucleotide-directed mutagenesis revealed a correlation among the expression levels, accessibility of the RBS and requirement for a minimum spacing of at least 7 nucleotides between the Shine-Dalgarno sequence and ATG for optimal gene expression.  相似文献

This paper presents an application of an Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm to optimize the parameters in the design of a type of nonlinear PID controller. The ACO algorithm is a novel heuristic bionic algorithm, which is based on the behaviour of real ants in nature searching for food. In order to optimize the parameters of the nonlinear PID controller using ACO algorithm, an objective function based on position tracing error was constructed, and elitist strategy was adopted in the improved ACO algorithm. Detailed simulation steps are presented. This nonlinear PID controller using the ACO algorithm has high precision of control and quick response.  相似文献
