如何通过优化造林模式来提高人工林生态系统碳贮量已受到广泛关注。以南亚热带8年生格木(Erythrophleum fordii)纯林(PE)、红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)纯林(PC)、米老排(Mytilaria laosensis)纯林(PM)及格木×红锥×米老排混交林(MECM)生态系统为研究对象,对其碳贮量及其分配特征进行了比较研究。结果表明:格木、红锥和米老排不同器官平均碳含量分别为512.4—561.7 g/kg,474.2—553.4 g/kg和512.8—556.3 g/kg。相同树种不同器官之间碳含量差异显著(P0.05)。各器官碳含量的平均值大小顺序为格木(539.3 g/kg)米老排(532.7 g/kg)红锥(515.3 g/kg)。不同林分间,灌木层、草本层和凋落物层碳含量均以米老排纯林最高,混交林(MECM)居次,红锥纯林和格木纯林最低;不同林分之间的土壤碳含量差异显著(P0.05),0—10cm,10—30cm,30—50cm和50—100cm土壤碳含量均以米老排纯林最高,红锥纯林居次,格木纯林和混交林(MECM)土壤碳含量最低。生态系统碳贮量大小顺序为米老排(308.0 t/hm2)混交林(182.8 t/hm2)红锥纯林(180.2 t/hm2)格木纯林(135.2 t/hm2),相同组分不同林分间以及相同林分的不同组分间均存在显著差异(P0.05),但混交林与红锥纯林间碳贮量总量无显著差异(P0.05)。造林模式对人工林碳贮量及其分配有显著影响,营建混交林有利于红锥和格木地上碳的累积,不利于土壤碳的固定,而营建纯林既有利于米老排生物量碳的吸收,也有利于土壤碳的固定。因而,对碳汇林造林模式的选择,应根据树种固碳特性而定。  相似文献

野黄瓜(Cucum is hystrix,2n=24)为短日照植物,因其与栽培黄瓜(C.sativus,2n=14)花期不遇等杂交障碍的存在而使种间杂交难以顺利进行。对野黄瓜短光照处理40 d以上,使得两者花期相遇,成功地进行了野黄瓜与3种不同基因型栽培黄瓜(“二早子”、“长春密刺”和“NC4406”)的正反杂交,从中获得了3种杂交组合的幼胚。采用改良的方法对这3种基因型杂种胚进行胚胎拯救,再生频率达80%以上,其杂种的真实性通过植物学性状观察、体细胞染色体计数和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AAT)同工酶分析得到了证实。研究中还发现不同基因型杂种F1的育性存在明显差异,其中以C.hystrixדNC4406”育性最高,花粉可染率达23.3%,是在二倍体水平上进行育种利用的良好材料。  相似文献

Phylogeographic structure and its underlying causes are not necessarily shared among community members, with important implications for using individual organisms as indicators for ecosystem evolution, such as the identification of forest refugia. We used mitochondrial DNA (cox1), Bayesian coalescent ancestral state reconstruction (implemented in BEAST), and ecological niche models (ENMs) to construct geospatial histories for four codistributed New Zealand forest beetles (Leiodidae, Nitidulidae, Staphylinidae, and Zopheridae) to examine the extent to which they have tracked environmental changes together through time. Hindcast ENMs identified potential forest refugia during the Last Glacial Maximum, whereas ancestral state reconstruction identified key geographic connections for each species, facilitating direct comparison of dispersal patterns supported by the data and the time frame in which they occurred. Well-supported geographic state transitions for each species were mostly between neighboring regions, favoring a historical scenario of stepping stone colonization of newly suitable habitat rather than long distance dispersal. No geographic state transitions were shared by all four species, but three shared multiple projected South Island refugia and recent dispersal from the southernmost refugium. In contrast, strongly supported dispersal patterns in the refugia-rich northern South Island suggest more individualistic responses to environmental change in these ecologically similar forest species.  相似文献

用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统和PAM-2100便携式植物荧光分析仪分别在初夏和秋季测定了广州龙眼洞林场刺栲(Castanopsishystrix)幼树叶片的气体交换和叶绿素a荧光参数。结果表明:1)刺栲冠层阳生叶的光饱和点为400μmolphotonsm-2s-1,最大光合速率在4-6μmolm-2s-1之间,说明刺栲幼树保持阳生植物的特征。阴生叶与阳生叶的叶绿素a/b值相似,均约为2.4,而阴生叶叶绿素b含量高于阳生叶,表明阴生叶具有潜在利用弱光的能力;2)刺栲幼树冠层叶片的PSⅡ的最大光化学效率Fv/Fm和光化学量子产额(Yield)的日动态变化在中午略有下降,说明其在强光下能发生可逆性的光抑制。刺栲冠层阳生叶的最大光合能力比较低,整个冠层叶能高效而稳定地利用散射和透射光,这些特征使得常绿的刺栲幼树能在林边或林下良好生长,较好地适应不同的光环境并成功渡过幼苗期,最终成为群落中的上层优势种。  相似文献

The essential oils from the leaves of Citrus macroptera and C. hystrix, collected in New Caledonia, have been analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. A total of 35 and 38 constituents were identified, representing 99.1 and 89.0% of the essential oils, respectively. Both essential oils were rich in monoterpenes (96.1 and 87.0%, resp.), with β‐pinene as major component (33.3 and 10.9%, resp.), and poor in limonene (2.4 and 4.7%, resp.). Other main components of C. macroptera oil were α‐pinene (25.3%), p‐cimene (17.6%), (E)‐β‐ocimene (6.7%), and sabinene (4.8%). The essential oil of C. hystrix was characterized by high contents of terpinen‐4‐ol (13.0%), α‐terpineol (7.6%), 1,8‐cineole (6.4%), and citronellol (6.0%). The antimicrobial activity was evaluated against five bacteria and five fungi strains. Both oils were inactive against bacteria. However, the C. macroptera leaf oil exhibited a pronounced activity against Trichophyton mentagrophytes var. interdigitale, with a minimal‐inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 12.5 μg/ml.  相似文献

红菇与红锥的茛共生形成的菌根属外生菌根,分叉形成为单轴状,颜色呈浅黄褐色,菌根表面呈波纹状突起。菌套的外表特征呈绒毛状,厚度26 ̄40μm,具典型的哈蒂氏网、丰富的外延菌丝和菌索,无菌核。外延菌丝长度约45 ̄100μm,直径约1.8 ̄2.3μm,有分隔不分支,未风锁状联合。菌根菌的生态组合型为不规则垫簇型。  相似文献

Six different isolates of Ochlochaete Thwaites ex Harvey have been studied under identical culture conditions. All the isolates show open branching, a character previously ascribed specifically to O. hystrix Thwaites ex Harv. sensu stricto, and all form hairs on rounded cells in the central part of the thallus, a character hitherto attributed only to O. ferox Huber. Consequently, separation of these two entities on the species level is untenable. The plant described by Huber is referred to O. hystrix var. ferox (Huber) var. nov. The type material of Chaetobolus gibbus Rosenvinger is similar to one of the isolates studied and is included in O. hystrix. Quadriflagellate zoospores have been observed in all the isolates, and in one of them also biflagellate swarmers.  相似文献

Several red algae in axenic culture decline in artificial seawater after a period of cultivation. Nemalion helminthoides rapidly loses its brown-red colour and grows with longer and thinner threads. Extracts of contaminated red algae, or nutrient medium in which they have grown, as well as fresh seawater from the Fucus-Ascophyllum zone, enhance growth and restore the pigmentation of the cells. Addition of 40 mg Bacto-Casamino acids per litre of nutrient medium had the same effect. After fractional precipitation with ethyl alcohol and separation on a Sephadex column the activity was localised to a peptide fraction. Results from chromatography point to effects from a low molecular weight substance active alone or coupled to a peptide.  相似文献

以南亚热带大径材培育的红锥林为对象,采用空间点格局方法中的双相关函数g(r)进行统计分析,研究红锥幼苗的更新特征和空间分布格局及其与母树的空间关联性。结果表明: 红锥大径材培育林的林下幼苗天然更新良好,广泛分布于整个林地;更新方式以根萌为主,占全部幼苗的73.6%。不同龄级幼苗的数量分布呈金字塔型,径级Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ分别占总幼苗数的64.3%、29.3%和6.4%。红锥幼苗主要在小尺度(<15 m)上呈聚集分布,但随着径级和空间尺度的增加,其聚集强度减弱,最终变为随机分布。幼苗与母树的空间关联性主要表现为随幼苗径级或空间尺度增大逐渐不明显。  相似文献
