Five flavonoids, four feruloyl amide derivatives, pinoresinol, lanost-9-en-3β-ol and three steroids from the leaves of Dracaena cochinchinensis (Lour.) S. C. Chen. Of these, compound 4 was identified as a new homoisoflavanone. This publication is the first reported purification of compounds 3, 4, 6–12 from D. cochinchinensis. We also indicate the chemotaxonomic importance of these metabolites. 相似文献

The present phytochemical investigation on Salacia amplifolia led to the isolations of 13 triterpenes, including quinonemethides, friedelanes, oleananes and ursanes triterpenes, three simple phenolics, one polyol and one chromanone. All of them were isolated from this plant for the first time. The presences of quinonemethide triterpenoids might be employed as the common characteristic constituents of both Hippocrateaceae and Celastraceae families. 相似文献

Phytochemical study of the aerial parts of Senefelderopsis croizatii Steyerm., led to the isolation and characterization of 14 known compounds, 10 triterpenoids with different skeletons type, friedelane, oleanane, ursanes, lupanes, and cycloartanes, two glycosylates flavonoid, and one iridoid. The chemical structure of those isolated metabolites was obtained by extensive spectrometric, and spectroscopy information of MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra, IR, and by comparison with literature data previously reported. This is the first phytochemical report of the constituents of this species. These phytochemical data reveal an undeniable chemophenetic relationship with the only other species, Senefelderopsis chiribiquetensis, included in this genus. 相似文献

Nine taxa of the Sideritis genus, Sideritis argosphacelus var. spicata, Sideritis candicans var. eriocephala,Sideritis discolor, Sideritis kuegleriana, Sideritis lotsyi, Sideritis lotsyi var. mascaensis, Sideritis marmorea, Sideritis soluta and Sideritis tenoi, which are endemic from the Canary Islands, have been chemically studied. The diterpene sicanatriol 7β,18-diacetate was obtained from S.argosphacelus var. spicata, whilst a nor-diterpene, epiadejone, and the 3(2H)-benzofuranone solutin have been found in S. soluta. Another diterpene, sidendrodiol 18-monoacetate, has been isolated from S.argosphacelus var. spicata, for the first time as a natural product. Known sesquiterpenes, diterpenes, triterpenes, sterols, flavones, coumarins and other aromatic derivatives have also been isolated. These studies support the botanical division of the genus into two subgenera, Sideritis and Marrubiastrum, the three sections of the latter subgenus, Cretica, Empedocleopsis and Marrubiastrum, and the elevation of S. argosphacelus var. spicata, S. candicans var. eriocephala and S. lotsyi var. mascaensis to the rank of species. 相似文献

Five terpenes, the diterpenes: 14,15-dinor-13-oxo-8(17)-labden-19-oic acid and a mixture of labda-8(17),13E-dien-19-carboxy-15-yl oleate and palmitate as well as the triterpenes, 3,4-seco-cycloart-12-hydroxy-4(28),24-dien-3-oic acid and cycloart-3,7-dihydroxy-24-en-28-oic acid were isolated from Cretan propolis. Moreover, 18 known compounds were also isolated, seven of them for the first time as propolis components. All structures were established on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence. All isolated compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity against some Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria as well as against some human pathogenic fungi showing a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. 相似文献
