Glycine latifolia (Benth.) Newell & Hymowitz (2= 40), one of the 27 wild perennial relatives of soybean, possesses genetic diversity and agronomically favorable traits that are lacking in soybean. Here, we report the 939‐Mb draft genome assembly of G. latifolia (PI 559298) using exclusively linked‐reads sequenced from a single Chromium library. We organized scaffolds into 20 chromosome‐scale pseudomolecules utilizing two genetic maps and the Glycine max (L.) Merr. genome sequence. High copy numbers of putative 91‐bp centromere‐specific tandem repeats were observed in consecutive blocks within predicted pericentromeric regions on several pseudomolecules. No 92‐bp putative centromeric repeats, which are abundant in G. max, were detected in G. latifolia or Glycine tomentella. Annotation of the assembled genome and subsequent filtering yielded a high confidence gene set of 54 475 protein‐coding loci. In comparative analysis with five legume species, genes related to defense responses were significantly overrepresented in Glycine‐specific orthologous gene families. A total of 304 putative nucleotide‐binding site (NBS)‐leucine‐rich‐repeat (LRR) genes were identified in this genome assembly. Different from other legume species, we observed a scarcity of TIR‐NBS‐LRR genes in G. latifolia. The G. latifolia genome was also predicted to contain genes encoding 367 LRR‐receptor‐like kinases, a family of proteins involved in basal defense responses and responses to abiotic stress. The genome sequence and annotation of G. latifolia provides a valuable source of alternative alleles and novel genes to facilitate soybean improvement. This study also highlights the efficacy and cost‐effectiveness of the application of Chromium linked‐reads in diploid plant genome de novo assembly.  相似文献

Modeling soil detachment rates at the regional scale is important for better understanding of the processes of erosion and the development of erosion models. Soil erodibility is an important factor for predicting soil loss, but its direct measurement at the watershed scale is difficult, time-consuming and costly. This study used stepwise multiple-linear regression (MLR) and artificial neural networks (ANNs) to model Water Erosion Prediction Project (WEPP) soil erodibility parameters, including the baseline inter-rill erodibility (Kib), baseline rill erodibility (Krb) and critical shear stress (τcb) of cropland conditions in calcareous soils of northwest Iran. Simulated inter-rill and rill erosion experiments were conducted at 100 locations with three replications. Kib, Krb and τcb and basic soil properties were measured at each location. Auxiliary variables related to soil erodibility were derived from a Landsat 7 satellite image and a 30 m × 30 m digital elevation model (DEM). MLR and ANN models were employed to predict Kib, Krb and τcb using two groups of input variables: i) more easily measurable basic soil properties (pedo-transfer functions (PTFs)) and ii) more easily measurable basic soil properties and auxiliary data (soil spatial prediction functions (SSPFs)). The results indicated that the WEPP models performed poorly in comparison to the derived models. PTFs and SSPFs generated from ANN models provided more reliable predictions than the MLR models. ANN-based SSPF models yielded the best results (with the highest R2 and lowest RMSE values) for predicting Kib and Krb. ANN-based PTF model performed reasonably well for predicting τcb. These results show that information from terrain attributes and remote sensing data are potential auxiliary variables for improving prediction of soil erodibility parameters.  相似文献

荒漠人工固沙植被区土壤水分的时空变异性   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
表层土壤水分具有高度的时间和空间变异性.研究的目的:(1)揭示沙坡头人工固沙植被区浅层土壤水分的时空变异性特征;(2)确定驱动土壤水分变异的主要环境因子.在人工固沙植被区内一个4500m2的网格样地上每隔10m设置取样点,在连续7个月的时间内 (2005年4~10月),每隔15d用时域反射仪测量各样点表层以下15cm和30cm深度的土壤容积含水量.结果表明,该区网格尺度上浅层土壤水分的分布具有明显的空间变异性,其变异性随着土壤水分含量的降低而减小;相对海拔是驱动土壤水分空间变异的主要环境因子,其作用在降雨后尤为显著,且其对土壤下层的影响比上层更明显;植被和土壤水分含量的相关性时间序列与相对海拔一致--降雨使其相关性增加;土壤质地(土壤粒径分布)和土壤水分含量的相关性时间序列特征与植被和相对海拔相反,且其对土壤上层的影响比下层更明显.因此,在沙坡头荒漠人工固沙植被区,降雨后的短暂湿润期,地形和植被是驱动浅层土壤水分变异的主要影响因子,而随着降雨之后土壤逐渐变干,土壤质地的影响变得更加明显.  相似文献

准噶尔盆地两种荒漠群落土壤呼吸速率对人工降水的响应   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
通过野外定位观测准噶尔盆地荒漠植物群落(假木贼群落和盐穗木群落)在不同人工模拟降水强度下的土壤呼吸、土壤温度和湿度动态,探讨了荒漠群落土壤呼吸速率对降水后土壤增湿的响应.结果发现两种荒漠植物群落的土壤呼吸速率均出现了模拟降水后10min减小、随后逐渐增加、达到最大值后再次衰减的现象.降水处理的土壤呼吸速率最大值出现滞后于对照处理,且呼吸速率最大值及最大值后的递减速率普遍高于对照.降水后土壤呼吸速率变化受温度和土壤湿度共同影响,降水后10min土壤呼吸速率的减小与土壤湿度最大值同步,呼吸速率最大值出现时间与地表温度一致,在降水后180~300min.2类群落3种降水处理间的土壤呼吸速率在模拟降水后(0~450min时段)均未达到显著差异.假木贼群落以5mm降水处理的平均土壤呼吸速率最大,盐穗木群落则以2.5mm 处理最大.土壤呼吸速率对模拟降水的响应受降水量、降水前土壤湿润状况、土壤质地等多种因素影响.  相似文献

A pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the bioaccumulation of heavy metals and growth response of rice plants after exposure to single and combined contamination by Cu, Cd and Pb. The results showed that the biomass production was not significantly affected by either single or combined treatment of Cu, Cd and Pb. Adding Cu (Cd, or Pb) separately all increased concentrations of the respective element in root and shoot (p < 0.001). In the combined contamination, Pb promoted both root and shoot absorption of Cu and Cd (p < 0.001), and Cu affected Cd and Pb absorption in the root, but Pb concentrations in both root and shoot were not affected by Cd application. The formation of iron plaques varied obviously with soil types. Heavy metal accumulation in iron plaques was induced by the three elements (p < 0.001). Furthermore, the three heavy metals exhibited an interactive relationship as measured by the Cu, Cd, Pb and Fe concentrations in root surface iron plaques. The iron plaques partially inhibited transfer of Pb to root and shoot, but no such effect was observed for Cu and Cd. This research indicates that the interaction among different heavy metal elements is very complex. It is very important to have a clear understanding on the associated mechanism and the consequential impact on plant growth.  相似文献

对四川西部亚高山地区连香树、糙皮桦、云南松和云杉4种主要人工林生态系统的生物量、土壤及林木器官C、N含量进行了测定.结果表明:林木体内C的分布与器官年龄的关系不明显,而N和C/N的分布与年龄的关系较为密切.幼嫩器官中的N含量大于老化器官,老化器官中的C/N比值大于幼嫩器官,且针叶林地枯落叶中的C/N比值大于阔叶林地.C、N在土壤表层具有明显的富集作用,在整个人工林生态系统(包括林木、枯落物和土壤0~40 cm)中的积累量分别达 176.75~228.05 t·hm-2和 11.06~16.54 t·hm-2,在土壤-枯落物分室和林木分室中的分配比例为C (1.9~3.3)∶1,N (15.6~41.5)∶1,且针叶林的“C汇”功能大于阔叶林.阔叶林地的凋落叶分解速率一般大于针叶林地,周转期分别为2.2~3.7 a和3.9~4.2a;在凋落叶分解过程中,C在所有林地均呈超速释出态势,周转期为1.9~3.4 a;N在连香树和糙皮桦林地呈超速释出态势,周转期为1.9~3.2 a,在云南松和云杉林地呈慢速释出态势,周转期为6.7~8.5 a.  相似文献

全人工繁殖西伯利亚鲟仔稚鱼发育的异速生长   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baeri)是中国主要的淡水养殖对象之一,目前已经实现了苗种的全人工繁殖,为了改善西伯利亚鲟苗种培育技术,采用Image-Pro Plus 5.1软件显微拍照并对仔稚鱼的可量性状进行测量和数据处理,研究了全人工繁殖西伯利亚鲟仔稚鱼(0~53日龄)发育的异速生长及器官优先发育在早期生存和环境适应性上的意义。结果表明:在9、28、37日龄时分别出现3个全长生长拐点。因此,全长的生长可以分为4个阶段,每个阶段的平均增长率分别为0.83、0.79、2.68和1.71 mm·d-1,其中第3个阶段的生长率明显高于其他阶段;体质量的增长可以用Gaussion方程进行拟合,相关系数R2=0.99;全长(FL)与体质量(BW)的关系为BW=0.2×10-5(FL)2.72,为负异速生长;在早期发育过程中,仔鱼的许多关键器官的大小均存在异速生长现象,眼径在3~4日龄时,最先达到生长拐点,这意味着眼部是优先发育的,使其在出膜后就能有效地躲避敌害;口宽在17~18日龄时出现拐点,此时随着感觉器官和各鳍的不断完善,主动摄食能力不断加强;胸鳍、背鳍、臀鳍的长度也分别在16~17、13~14、21~22日龄时出现生长拐点,标志着其游泳能力已比较完善,可以有效地躲避敌害和获得食物,为其早期的生存提供了保障。在育苗生产实践中,可以根据生长和发育的阶段性和优先性,适时地和针对性地创造必要的生长发育条件,保证其重要器官得到优先发育,提高早期的成活率。  相似文献

通过对1988年9月15日的TM遥感影像、2000年5月19日的ETM遥感影像和2006年7月7日的ETM遥感影像解译,获取了长武县的土地利用图,根据中国陆地生态系统单位面积生态服务价值,求算出长武县的生态系统服务价值.结果表明:30年来,长武县的耕地面积随着"退耕还林"工程的推进有显著下降,林地面积则随着三北防护林建设工程的实施显著增加,未利用土地、水域和草地面积变化不大;长武县总体生态系统服务价值总量在逐年递增,从1988年的5.67×108元上升到2006年的5.72×108元,生态系统总体向健康方向发展.  相似文献

We compared various aspects of the seed biology of eight non-pioneer tree species from a tropical seasonal rain forest in Xishuangbanna, SW China, that differ in time of dispersal, size and fresh seed moisture content (MC). Seeds were tested for germination under laboratory conditions after dehydration to different moisture levels and under 3.5, 10 and 30% solar irradiances in neutral-shade houses. For six species, germination was also compared in forest understory (3.5% light) and center of a forest gap (32.5% light). Under continuous dehydration over activated silica gel, 100% of seeds of four species had lost the ability to germinate after 48 h, and those of all species except Castanopsis hystrix (decreased from >90 to 30% germination) had lost the ability to germinate after 120 h. Four species did not differ in final germination percentages at the three irradiances (i.e. uniform germination). However, final germination percentages of Horsfieldia pandurifolia and Litsea pierrei var. szemaois were significantly lower in 30% than in 10 or 3.5% light, and seeds of Antiaris toxicaria and C. hystrix germinated to higher percentages in 30 and 10% than in 3.5% light. Mean time to germination (MTG) of the eight species (forest and shade house data combined) ranged from 5–5 days for Pometia tomentosa to 72–207days for L. pierrei; MTG for four species was ≤21 days. There was no obvious relationship between relative desiccation resistance and either time of dispersal, MTG or uniformity of germination at the three light levels, or between seed size and MC or MTG. However, the relationship between seed MC at maturity (25–60% fresh mass basis) and MC at 50% loss of seed viability (12.4–42.5%) was significant. Seven of the species fit Garwood’s (Ecol Monogr 53:159–181, 1983) rapid-rainy germination syndrome and one, L. pierrei, either her delayed-rainy or intermediate-dry germination syndrome. However, fresh, non-dehydrated seeds of all eight species germinated in ≤30 days at constant 30°C in light.  相似文献

对针阔混交林土壤理化性质的研究表明,针阔混交林比针叶树纯林对土壤的改良作用要好,它使土壤总孔隙度增加2—19%,水分含量增加6—31%,枯枝落叶年凋落量增加2—200%;土壤养分含量全N、NH4-N、代换性Ca、代换性Mg和腐殖质含量分别增加45—75%、33—82%、55—85%、44—84%和37—46%.  相似文献
