土壤微生物量的季节变化在陆地生态系统碳循环方面具有重要作用。为阐明中亚热带武夷山不同海拔梯度带土壤微生物量的季节变化规律及其主要影响因子,选择4种不同海拔梯度的植物群落:常绿阔叶林(EBF,500 m)、针叶林(CF,1200 m)、亚高山矮林(DF,1800 m)和高山草甸(AM,2100 m)于2005年6月—2006年6月期间进行了实验研究。结果表明:不同海拔梯度带土壤微生物量均具有明显的季节变化且变化趋势一致,均表现为早春最大,夏季最小;不同海拔梯度带土壤微生物量的季节变化与对应月份的土壤湿度、土壤有效碳均呈显著正相关,而与土壤温度、土壤有机碳、土壤全氮、凋落物输入量等因子相关不显著。土壤有效碳含量、土壤湿度是调控武夷山森林土壤微生物量季节变异的重要生态因子。  相似文献

To explore the mitochondrial genes of the Cruciferae family, the mitochondrial genome of Raphanus sativus (sat) was sequenced and annotated. The circular mitochondrial genome of sat is 239,723 bp and includes 33 protein-coding genes, three rRNA genes and 17 tRNA genes. The mitochondrial genome also contains a pair of large repeat sequences 5.9 kb in length, which may mediate genome reorga-nization into two sub-genomic circles, with predicted sizes of 124.8 kb and 115.0 kb, respectively. Furthermore, gene evolution of mitochondrial genomes within the Cruciferae family was analyzed using sat mitochondrial type (mitotype), together with six other re-ported mitotypes. The cruciferous mitochondrial genomes have maintained almost the same set of functional genes. Compared with Cycas taitungensis (a representative gymnosperm), the mitochondrial genomes of the Cruciferae have lost nine protein-coding genes and seven mitochondrial-like tRNA genes, but acquired six chloroplast-like tRNAs. Among the Cruciferae, to maintain the same set of genes that are necessary for mitochondrial function, the exons of the genes have changed at the lowest rates, as indicated by the numbers of single nucleotide polymorphisms. The open reading frames (ORFs) of unknown function in the cruciferous genomes are not conserved. Evolutionary events, such as mutations, genome reorganizations and sequence insertions or deletions (indels), have resulted in the non- conserved ORFs in the cruciferous mitochondrial genomes, which is becoming significantly different among mitotypes. This work represents the first phylogenic explanation of the evolution of genes of known function in the Cruciferae family. It revealed significant variation in ORFs and the causes of such variation.  相似文献

莱菔子素是由萝卜中萝卜甙水解形成的一种异硫氰酸酯类物质,在植物抗性和人类抗癌方面具有重要作用。本试验利用优化的HPLC检测方法测定了93份萝卜种质肉质根的莱菔子素含量,分析了不同来源地和不同类型萝卜种质莱菔子素含量分布。试验发现不同萝卜种质莱菔子素含量存在显著差异,其含量分布范围为34.445~1446.9 mg/kg﹒DW,最高含量约是最低含量的42倍;红皮白肉和绿皮白肉类型的萝卜种质莱菔子素平均含量较高,华东地区的萝卜种质莱菔子素平均含量显著高于其它来源地的萝卜种质。试验初步获得莱菔子素含量较高的萝卜种质2份,为进一步试验研究提供了良好的材料。  相似文献

通过盆栽试验,研究了在酸性土壤上施燃煤烟气脱硫副产物对萝卜的影响及其对环境影响的初步评价。结果显示:(1)在两个不同土类、及同一土类不同母质的两种土壤上,萝卜适量施用脱硫副产物均可获得不同程度的增产和提高品质的效果。(2)在酸性土壤上施用供试物获得正效应是由于其富含红壤土类中普遍缺的有效性钙、硫、硼、钼、硅等作物营养元素;并能有效改善土壤的理化性能。(3)供试物中的重金属含量均没有超过国家的限量标准,故适量施用后,当造作物植株中检出的重金属均低于国家限量标准。  相似文献

Radish (Raphanus sativus L.) seedlings pretreated with different hormones viz. kinetin, gibberellic acid and abscisic acid were subjected to different N-forms. The seedlings were treated with different concentrations of KNO3, NH4Cl and NH4NO3 and the changes in nitrate reductase activity were seen in light and dark conditions in the cotyledons. Nitrate reductase activity was affected differently by hormone application. Nitrate increased and ammonia decreased nitrate reductase activity; in both light and dark-grown seedlings KNO3 induced more in vitro nitrate reductase activity. NH 4 + when combined with NO 3 , however, could level up to some extent, with KNO3 in light, except in kinetin. A transient response of induction of NR activity was evident with decreased levels after a certain specific ambient N-concentration, despite the presence of high N in the medium. However, the pattern of transition varied with the hormones applied. Further, hormones are found to affect induction of different isoforms of nitrate reductase by NH 4 + and NO 3 . NH 4 + induced isoform was prominently promoted by kinetin treatment in dark. The data documents a particular kind of interaction between controlling factors (light, N-source and phytohormones) which affect nitrate reductase levels.  相似文献

Summary N-serve (2-chloro-6-(trichloromethyl)pyridine) was tested as an inhibitor of nitrification of ammonium or urea in sand cultures. Nitrification was reduced but not prevented by N-Serve present at between 5 and 20 ppm in solution or by weight of sand. In the presence of root debris and acetone, used in some experiments at 2–4 ml/l of nutrient to convey N-Serve, denitrification was stimulated under the same conditions and resulted in loss of a large proportion of nitrate, probably mainly as gaseous products and some nitrite. These losses were greater when N-serve was also present. There was also conversion of nitrate to an insoluble form in the sand. A smaller proportional loss of nitrate occurred in other treatments in the presence of root debris when N-Serve was added without acetone, either as the commercial formulation 24E or as a solid. Thus, using N-Serve to inhibit nitrification may encourage denitrifying organisms especially in the presence of carbon sources including root debris or acetone. Large decreases of nitrate reductase activity in plants produced by using N-Serve in the presence of ammonium or urea were caused as much by losses of nitrate in the presence of acetone as by prevention of nitrate formation. Other N-Serve treatments (solid or 24E) decreased enzyme induction by between 50 and 90 per cent as a result mainly of reduced nitrification.  相似文献

研究了氮离子和氩离子注入萝卜种子对萝卜幼苗蛋白含量、过氧化物酶活性及过氧化物酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶同工酶的影响。结果表明 :离子注入后 ,减低萝卜过氧化物酶活性和蛋白含量。萝卜不同生长时期同工酶变化不一样。在子叶时期 ,过氧化物酶同工酶谱带无明显变化 ,淀粉酶同工酶有酶带的消失 ;而在真叶时期 ,过氧化物酶在负极区减少一条酶带 ,Rf为 0 .2 2 ,正极区增加一条酶带 ,Rf为 0 .6 ,且随剂量增加 ,酶带着色增强 ;淀粉酶同工酶在注入剂量为 5× 10 5N+ / cm2 )时 ,有同工酶带增加 ,Rf为 0 .6 1。低剂量时蛋白酶活性增强 ,谱带增多 ,大剂量则减弱。因此 ,N+和 Ar+注入后 ,可影响萝卜过氧化物酶和淀粉酶的表达及蛋白质的合成或降解。  相似文献

通过不同类型土壤的盆栽试验,来探讨燃煤烟气脱硫副产物对萝卜营养作用及其机理,结果表明:(1)适量施用条件下供试物活性钙对萝卜有较高的生物有效性,在花岗岩红壤、赤红壤上较适宜的供试物施用量范围是5-10g·kg-1,砂页岩赤红壤为10-20g·kg-1。(2)适量施用供试物可消除萝卜缺钙导致的养分吸收生理障碍因素,增强萝卜对养分的吸收,因而促进萝卜生长,提高产量。(3)供试物施用未导致萝卜重金属的生物富集,不影响农产品安全性。  相似文献
