木瓜榕上昆虫群落结构及分布特征   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:4  
对西双版纳热带雨林木瓜榕上的昆虫群落结构和分布特征进行了研究。结果表明:样地内共采集到木瓜榕树上昆虫48974号,隶属9个目,30个科,56属,70种。主要是鞘翅目、鳞翅目、膜翅目、同翅目、双翅目、等翅目、半翅目、脉翅目和缨翅目的科、属和种类。属和种以鞘翅目和膜翅目类群最丰富;个体数量是膜翅目最多, 高达68.79%, 其中56.58%是传粉类昆虫。从垂直分布规律看:种类和数量是老茎结果部位最高,占71.34%, 在青果期和熟果期表现最丰富;树冠与叶片部位次之,比率为15.68%;根部再次之(9.55%);枝杈和主干最低, 仅占3.42%。在不同季节中,雨季的种类和个体数量最高,为35.96%;干热季节次之(34.22%),干凉季节最低(29.82%)。  相似文献

In the submerged trichomes of floating-moss (Salvinia auriculataAubl.) and the roots of the higher water plant Trianea bogotensisKarst., the dependence of the electrical resistance of intercellular junctions on the presence of the agents that destroy microfilaments (cytochalasin B) and microtubules (colchicine) was investigated using the microelectrode technique. The resistance of the junctions (R c) was estimated taking into account the input resistance and the coefficient of intercellular electrical communication. Should the cells be connected via symplast, R cwill describe the resistance of plasmodesmata. Cytochalasin B (3–30 g/ml) reversibly changed R cduring the first minutes after application. The extent of the change depended on the concentration of the inhibitor; its character of action depended on the initial strength of intercellular communication. When the initial conductance of the contact was high, cytochalasin B elevated the resistance; when it was low, the inhibitor decreased it. In all the experiments, cytochalasin B reduced the input resistance (R i) that suggests the dependence of plasma membrane resistance on actin cytoskeleton. The effect of colchicine (0.1–1.0 mM) on R iand R cwas observed only when the cellular membrane was hyperpolarized or after a prolonged action of the inhibitor (for about 0.5 h). It was concluded that the electrical conductance of plasmodesmata and plasma membrane depended on the state of actin cytoskeleton. A complex and probably mediated interaction of microtubules with the processes affecting these characteristics of the cells was suggested.  相似文献

耳河螺「Rivularia auriculata (Martens)」为雌雄异体。雄性生殖器官由精巢,输精小管,贮精囊,输精管,前列腺和阴茎组成。精巢内有精子,精子有典型精子和非典型精子两种。扫描电镜下,典型精子头部呈螺旋状,尾端只有一根较粗壮;非典型精子头部和中部为棒状,尾部呈扫帚状,由8-15根鞭毛组成。  相似文献

Summary We characterized the behavior of plastid (pt) and mitochondrial (mt) nucleoids during malegametogenesis inPlumbago auriculata in three dimensions. The behavior of pt-nucleoids and mt-nucleoids differed throughout male gametogenesis.Pt-nucleoids were distibuted in a characteristic manner in three stages: in the early microspore, pt-nucleoids assemble around cell nucleus: in the mid-generative cell,pt-nucleoids gather at the internal side of the pollen: in the late-generative cell, pt-nucleoids aggregation turns its pole to the external side of the pollen. We also studied organelle nucleoids in the egg and the central cell by a method in which semi-thick sections of resin-embedded anthers and ovaries were observed by confocal laser scanning microscopy. The number of pt-nucleoids in the sperm cell did not differ significantly from that the behavior of DNA-containing organelles is regulated strictly during male gametogenes inP. auriculata, and that a biparental inheritance of plastids in the Plumbago embryo is more favored than was previously thought.  相似文献

Centrifugal liquid-liquid partition chromatography presents significant advantages for the separation and purification of plant metabolites owing to the short operational time of the process and the elimination of possible irreversible adsorption of compounds. The crude chloroform extract from roots of Plumbago auriculata was analysed by countercurrent chromatography using hexane:ethyl acetate:methanol:water (40:10:10:2, v/v) as solvent system. The isolation of the naphthoquinones plumbagin and epi-isoshinanolone, the steroids sitosterol and 3-O-glucosylsitosterol, plumbagic and palmitic acids was easily achieved. Naphthoquinones are typical components of Plumbago species and they show interesting biological activities.  相似文献

In addition to antibiotic properties, medicinal plants are important sources of chemicals with potential application as pesticides. The present study deals with antitermitic potential of seed extracts of Withania somnifera (Indian ginseng), Croton tiglium (jamalgoota) and Hygrophila auriculata (talimkhana). The seed extracts caused changes in tunneling behaviour, number of bacterial colonies in hindgut and activities of enzymes in midgut of Odontotermes obesus. C. tiglium showed the lowest LT50 (12.85 and 2.65 h) among the three seed extracts at concentrations of 50% (half dilution of the extract) and 100% (extract without dilution), respectively. There was no tunneling in soil treated with 100% concentration of seed extracts of W. somnifera and C. tiglium. Numbers of bacterial colonies in the gut of termites from soils treated with 50% and 100% concentrations of the three plants did not differ significantly, but they differed from those in termites from untreated soil. At 50% concentrations of seed extracts of the tested plants, the difference in hindgut enzyme activities was not obvious, however, at 100% concentrations the enzyme activities in the termites from soils treated with seed extracts significantly differed from controls and differences were also recorded between the plants.  相似文献

花部形态的二态性在异型自交不亲和中的作用一直颇具争议。为了探讨其对自交不亲和的作用,选择代表植物蓝花丹,观测其花部形态,利用激素调控其花柱高度,对调控后的花柱授粉,并分析结实率的变化。结果表明:(1)蓝花丹的花部形态在众多方面存在二态性;(2)IAA,NAA,GA 在适宜的浓度都能调节其花柱的长度;(3)调节后的花柱自然和人工授粉,结实率与空白对照相比无显著差异。实验结果说明蓝花丹的花部形态有着典型的二态性特征,此特征是蓝花丹对花型间互补式雌雄异位的进化适应策略;而雌雄性器官的空间分布并没有通过影响合法花粉的有效传播而影响自交不亲和性;异型花的自交不亲和性更多地还是体现在生理机制上。  相似文献

通过对日本肾蕨(Nephrolepis cordifolia)绿色球状体(GGB)的培养实验,研究了不同物理、化学因子对其分化及生长的影响。结果表明,辐照度100μmolm^-2s^-1对GGB的分化及生长均有明显促进作用。红外照射对GGB的分化比白光和蓝光的好。此外,GGB的分化以MS+6-BA1mgL^-1 NaH2PO4200mgL^-1为好。  相似文献

A lectin was purified from the cotyledons of Luetzelburgia auriculata (Fr. All) Ducke by affinity chromatography on agarose-N-acetyl-D-galactosamine. The lectin is a potent agglutinin for rabbit erythrocytes, reacts with human red cells, but is inactive against cow, sheep, and goat erythrocytes. Hemagglutination of rabbit erythrocytes was inhibited by either 0.39 mM N-acetyl-neuraminic acid or N-acetyl-D-galactosamin, 12.5 mM D-lactose or D-melibiose, 50 mM D-galactose or raffinose. Its hemagglutinating activity was lost at 80 degrees C, 5 min, and the activation energy required for denaturation was 104.75 kJ mol(-1). Chromatography on Sephadex G-100, at pH 7.6, showed that at this hydrogenic ionic concentration the native lectin was a homotetramer (123.5 kDa). By denaturing SDS-PAGE, LAA seemed to be composed of a mixture of 29 and 15 kDa polypeptide subunits. At acidic and basic pHs it assumed different conformations, as demonstrated by exclusion chromatography on Superdex 200 HR 10/30. The N-terminal sequence of the 29 kDa band was SEVVSFSFTKFNPNQKDII and the 15 kDa band contained a mixture of SEVVSFSFTKFNPNQKDII and KFNQIVAVEEDTDXESQPQ sequences, indicating that these bands may represent full-length and its endogenous fragments, respectively. The lectin is a glycoprotein having 3.2% neutral carbohydrate, with a pI of 5.8, containing high levels of Asp+Asn and Glu+Gln and hydroxy amino acids, and low amount or absence of sulfur amino acids. Its absorption spectrum showed a maximum at 280 nm and a epsilon (1%) x (1cm) of 5.2. Its CD spectrum was characterized by minima near 228 nm, maxima near 196 nm and a negative to positive crossover at 210 nm. The secondary structure content was 6% alpha-helix, 8% parallel beta-sheet, 38% antiparallel beta-sheet, 17% beta-turn, 31% unordered and others contribution, and 1% RMS (root mean square). In the fluorescence spectroscopy, excitation of the lectin solution at 280 nm gave an emission spectrum in the 285-445 nm range. The wavelength maximum emission was in 334.5 nm, typical for tryptophan residues buried inside the protein.  相似文献
