目的:探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中序贯式止血法对卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取良性卵巢囊肿患者120例,随机分成对照组及观察组,每组60例,对照组术中采用传统的双极电凝止血法,观察组术中采用序贯式止血法。观察两组患者术前及术后3个月雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)以及促卵泡激素(FSH)水平变化,采用kupperman改良评分法比较两组患者月经和妊娠情况,并且统计两组患者术前及术后3个月卵巢功能正常以及卵巢储备功能下降的发生率。结果:术后3个月对照组E2、LH及FSH水平较术前变化较大,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),而观察组E2、LH及FSH水平较术前变化较小,仅FSH差异有统计学意义(P0.05),术后3个月两组E2、LH及FSH水平差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组月经改变、围绝经期综合症的发生率与治疗后距妊娠时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而妊娠率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后3个月观察组患者卵巢功能正常率显著高于对照组,并且卵巢储备功能下降率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术中采用序贯式止血法对患者的卵巢功能影响较小,有利于患者术后正常生理功能的恢复,值得在临床上推广应用。 相似文献

Soybean cyst nematode (SCN), Heterodera glycines Ichinohe, is a major pest of soybean, Glycine max L. Merr. Soybean cultivars resistant to SCN are commonly grown in nematode-infested fields. The objective of this study was to examine the stability of SCN resistance in soybean genotypes at different soil temperatures and pH levels. Reactions of five SCN-resistant genotypes, Peking, Plant Introduction (PI) 88788, Custer, Bedford, and Forrest, to SCN races 3, 5, and 14 were studied at 20, 26, and 32 C, and at soil pH''s 5.5, 6.5, and 7.5. Soybean cultivar Essex was included as a susceptible check. Temperature, SCN race, soybean genotype, and their interactions significantly affected SCN reproduction. The effect of temperature on reproduction was quadratic with the three races producing significantly greater numbers of cysts at 26 C; however, reproduction on resistant genotypes remained at a low level. Higher numbers of females matured at the soil pH levels of 6.5 and 7.5 than at pH 5.5. Across the ranges of temperature and soil pH studied, resistance to SCN in the soybean genotypes remained stable. 相似文献

Turkey remains an intermediate area for prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigenemia. The sheep-raising areas of Turkey also pose a high risk for cystic hydatid disease (CHD). Both HBV infection and CHD are major public health issues particularly in eastern parts of Turkey; however, there is no data regarding HBV infection in patients who have had CHD. The aims of this study were to evaluate the association between HBV infection and CHD and suggest ways to reduce HBV infection which is still widespread in Turkey. A retrospective study was conducted with 94 adult patients with active CHD referred to the hepatology department, Yuzuncuyil University School of Medicine from December 2010 to December 2012. All subjects came from rural areas of the region and underwent ultrasonography of abdomen which detected CHD of the liver. All the patients were serologically positive for Echinococcus granulosus. The control group consisted of 500 patients (300 men and 200 women) referred to the internal medicine clinics for other reasons. The patients with CHD and in the control group were tested for the existence of HBs antigen according to the standard procedures. The seroprevalence of HBs antigen was significantly higher in patients with active CHD than those in the control group (12.7% vs 5.2%; P=0.0017). Our data indicate that there is significant association between HBV infection and CHD. All patients with CHD should be screened for HBV infection. 相似文献

Phenotypic diversity of five Jordanian populations of cyst nematodes, Heterodera spp. collected from five regions from Jordan (Ar-Ramtha, Madaba, Dana, Al-Karak, and Jerash) was investigated. Soil samples were collected from one representative field in each region. Morphological and morphometrical characteristics revealed that Heterodera latipons is dominated in cereal fields at Ar-Ramtha, Madaba, Dana and Al-Karak regions and Heterodera schachtii in Jerash. Cysts populations from all cereal fields had bifenestrate vulval cone and a strong underbridge. Wherever, cysts of the cabbage population had ambifenestrate vulval cone with long vulval slit. The bullae were absent in Ar-Ramtha, Madaba and Dana populations, but present in Al-Karak and Jerash. Based on 12 morphometrical characters, the first three functions in canonical discriminant analysis accounted 99.3% of the total variation. Distance from dorsal gland duct opening to stylet base, underbridge length, a = L/W (body length/midbody width) and length of hyaline tail tip had strong and significant contributions in the first function. While the second function was strongly influenced by length of hyaline tail, fenestral length, fenestral width and tail length. However, the third canonical discriminate function was found to be influenced by stylet length, fenestral length, a = L/W (body length/midbody width) and underbridge width. The graphical representation of the distribution of the samples showed that the first canonical discriminant function clearly separated H. schachtii from Jerash from other populations. Whereas, H. latipons collected from Madaba and Dana were clearly separated in the second function. A new species of Tovellia, T. aveirensis, is described on the basis of light (LM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of motile cells and resting cysts, complemented with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) of flagellate cells and phylogenetic analysis of partial sequences of the large subunit ribosomal rRNA gene. Both vegetative cells and several stages of a life cycle involving sexual reproduction and the production of resting cysts were examined in cultures established from a tank in the University of Aveiro campus. Vegetative cells were round and little compressed dorsoventrally; planozygotes were longer and had a proportionally larger epicone. Chloroplast lobes were shown by TEM to radiate from a central, branched pyrenoid, although this was difficult to ascertain in LM. The amphiesma of flagellate cells had mainly 5 or 6-sided vesicles with thin plates, arranged in 5–7 latitudinal series on the epicone, 3–5 on the hypocone. The cingulum had 2 rows of plates, the posterior row extending into the hypocone and crossed by a series of small projecting knobs along the lower edge of the cingulum. A line of narrow amphiesmal plates extended over the cell apex, from near the cingulum on the ventral side to the middle of the dorsal side of the epicone. Eight or 9 narrow amphiesmal plates lined each side of this apical line of plates (ALP). Resting cysts differed from any described before in having numerous long, tapering spines with branched tips distributed over most of the surface. Most mature cysts showed an equatorial constriction. Neither cysts nor motile cells were seen to accumulate red cytoplasmic bodies in any stage of the cultures. The phylogenetic analysis placed, with high statistical support, the new species within the genus Tovellia; it formed a clade, with moderate support, with T. sanguinea, a species notable for its reddening cells. 相似文献

Potato cyst nematodes (PCN) have been known to occur in the UK for nearly a hundred years. They are the most problematic pests of potatoes and can cause severe yield losses. Previous work has shown the two species, Globodera rostochiensis and G pallida, to be distributed throughout the UK. This paper reports the results of the first structured and statistically unbiased survey undertaken to assess their occurrence and distribution in the potato growing land of England and Wales. The survey showed that PCN were present in 64% of sites sampled. Of the populations found, 67% were G pallida, 8% were G rostochiensis and 25% contained both species. The results show an increase in the incidence of PCN since previous studies were completed and confirm the perceived shift towards G pallida as the predominant species. Of the infestations found, 62% had a population density of less than 10 eggs g?1 soil. 相似文献

The influence of canopy development in soybean on the survival of corn earworm, Heliothis zea (Boddie) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae), egg and larval stages and population dynamics of arthropod fauna were evaluated in field trials during 1986–88 in eastern North Carolina. Soybean canopy size decreased as soybean cyst nematode, Heterodera glycines Ichinohe (Nematoda: Heteroderidae), initial population densities increased. Plant species composition of the soybean canopy was affected by weed population densities. Mortality of H. zea larvae due to parasitism and infection with entomopathogens was greater in closed canopy and (or) weedy soybeans than in very open and (or) weed free soybeans. Predation and parasitism of corn earworm eggs were similar across nematode and weed density treatments. Natural enemy populations increased to highest levels during July in closed canopy and (or) weedy soybeans, coinciding with availability of largest prey population reservoirs. A delay in colonization of very open and (or) weed free soybeans by beneficial arthropods until mid to late August allowed greater H. zea larval survival than in closed canopy and (or) weedy soybeans. Arthropod species richness was generally greatest in closed canopy and (or) weedy soybeans during mid to late July, with differences becoming nonsignificant in August and early September. Mean and maximum ambient temperatures were higher and relative humidities lower in open canopy than in closed canopy plots. 目的:对比颌骨囊肿经传统刮治术与开窗减压术治疗后的手术效果、生活质量和预后。方法:回顾性选取2016年1月~2018年7月期间我院收治的90例颌骨囊肿患者的临床资料,上述患者根据手术方式的不同分为A组(n=45,传统刮治术)和B组(n=45,开窗减压术),比较两组患者疗效、临床指标、生活质量和预后。结果:B组患者临床总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于A组的84.44%(38/45)(P0.05)。B组患者伤口愈合时间、手术时间、均短于A组,术中出血量少于A组(P0.05)。两组患者末次随访时情绪、外貌、味觉、疼痛、唾液、咀嚼等项目评分均升高,且B组高于A组(P0.05)。B组并发症发生率、复发率均低于A组(P0.05)。结论:与传统刮治术治疗相比,开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿,在手术效果、生活质量和预后方面效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。 相似文献
