种间配子不亲和以及种间杂交种子活力低是众多的物种间杂交隔离机制中的两个方面。通过对云南澜沧地区分布的4种(型)姜花属植物——圆瓣姜花(Hedychium forrestii)、草果药(Hspicatum)、两类型滇姜花(Hyunnanense)间进行野外杂交试验,比较杂交结实率、每果种子数以及杂交种子的萌发参数等指标来分析4种(型)姜花之间的杂交亲和性和杂交后代表现,发现4种(型)姜花属植物配子间都具有不同程度的亲和性,但种间杂交种子的萌发适合度比同种授粉获得的种子低。结果表明,这4种(型)姜花属植物间配子亲和性不是有效的种间隔离机制,种间杂交种子活力低是一种不完全的隔离机制,它们在同域分布的地区,仍然有形成杂交后代的可能性。 相似文献

植物的花寿命被认为是由雌、雄适合度的增长和维持花开放的花费之间的平衡来决定的。姜花属(Hedychium)是姜科唯一一个从热带到高海拔地区分布的大属, 属内不同种类植物的花寿命差异很大。毛姜花原变种(H. villosum var. villosum)的花寿命为5 d, 显著长于其它同域分布的姜科植物。通过人工剪除毛姜花原变种的柱头来使花朵具雌性功能的时间缩短, 结果显示: 在不同的处理中, 结实率随花朵具雌性功能时间的延长而增加, 开花1 d后剪除柱头的结实率为1.85% ± 1.59%, 极显著低于对照的结实率20.96% ± 4.13%, 说明其较长的花寿命能显著地增加传粉的成功率和结实率, 长达5 d的花寿命有利于雌性适合度的提高。同时, 毛姜花原变种开花1 d后, 剩余的平均花粉数和总平均花粉数没有显著差异, 而开花后2、3和4 d后剩余的平均花粉数则极显著少于总平均花粉数, 说明随着花寿命的延长, 花粉输出量也显著增加, 其长达5 d的花寿命也有利于其雄性适合度的提高。较长的花寿命在毛姜花原变种拓展新的生境、向更高海拔地区的扩散中也许起着重要的作用。姜科植物有着极其多样性的传粉和繁育系统, 花寿命在姜科植物传粉和繁育系统的多样性形成及其进化中起着重要作用, 同时, 较长的花寿命有效地提高了雌性适合度和雄性适合度, 从而使姜科植物能脱离热带生境, 向更高海拔的地区扩散, 花寿命在姜科植物从热带地区到高海拔地区的分布过程中也起着重要作用。 相似文献

为进行黄姜花复合体(Hedychium flavum Complex)的种类鉴定,对采自贵州、重庆、四川、云南、广西等地的标本和移栽后的植株进行形态观测和性状分析。结果表明,小花香气、叶舌、苞片、唇瓣、侧生退化雄蕊和果实等的形态特征是黄姜花复合体种类鉴定的重要指标。据此,把H. panzhuum Z. Y. Zhu归入H. flavum Roxb.中;把H. emeiense Z. Y. Zhu归入H. chrysoleucum Hook.中,而不是归入H. flavescens。该复合体包含H. flavum Roxb.、H. chrysoleucum Hook.、H. bipartitum G. Z. Li及待定种Hedychium sp.,共4种。 相似文献

This report describes an efficient and reproducible protocol for large-scale multiplication of Hedychium coronarium plantlets. Axillary bud explants were cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with 3 mg/l benzylaminopurine, 3 mg/l kinetin (KIN), and 0.2 mg/l thidiazuron, yielding a maximum of 13.2 ± 0.3 number of shoots. Sub-culturing of shoots every 4 weeks on fresh multiplication medium yielded a consistent proliferation rate. Shoot clusters containing three to five shoots were successfully rooted in KIN (3 mg/l) and indole acetic acid (0.5 mg/l), yielding a maximum of 6.3 ± 0.5 number of roots. Plantlets grown in vitro were acclimatized and subsequently transferred to the field for phenotypic evaluation. Random amplified polymorphic DNA and inter-simple sequence repeat analysis has confirmed the genetic uniformity of in vitro plantlets up to 2 years. After 2 years, these plantlets were transplanted to field, and evaluation of phenotypic characteristics was done. This study is of high significance as these could be commercially utilized for large-scale production of true-to-type plantlets. 相似文献

Full grown plants have been raised successfully in vitro by culturing meristems excised from rhizome of Hedychium roxburghii Blume on Murashige and Skoog's medium supplemented with NAA and kinetin. Zeatin associated with IAA stimulated the development

The compositions of the essential oils from the leaves and flowers of Hedychium gardnerianum and from the leaves of Pittosporum undulatum growing on San Miguel Island (Azores) were investigated, and the compounds were identified by GC-MS analyses. The oils in the leaves and flowers of H. gardnerianum were rich in alpha-pinene, beta-pinene and alpha-cadinol, whereas that from P. undulatum was found to contain monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, diterpenes and alkanes, of which the sesquiterpenes, calamenene (41.4%), farnesol (10.9%), spathulenol (5.6%) and beta-selinene (5.2%) and the diterpene (8beta,13beta)-kaur-16-ene (10.7%) were the major components. Their potential antimicrobial activities were tested against Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and those with the highest activities against S. aureus and S. epidermis were from H. gardnerianum; none had activity against P. aeruginosa. Additionally, the essential oils from Pittosporum undulatum had good antithrombin activity whereas that from H. gardnerianum did not. 相似文献
